The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The sink counter in our room was in need of repair.

The best parts were the staff and location. Hotel Thomas is surrounded by little coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to the subway so you are only 15 minutes from any spot in the city. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room did not have a coffee maker or microwave oven. There is an underpowered a/c unit mounted on the wall but management had removed the remote controller from the room. After I complained, the staff located the controller and brought it to me.

The receptionist was a kind person. Apart from that, there was nothing nice in the hotel. The pillows were paper thin, the mattess was bad, the linen was not clean enough. the bathroom was broken. The sink and everything.

Budget hotel if u just need bed and take a shower

The window in the room isn’t working properly, and the staff couldn’t fix it. They just placed a bottle to keep it shut, but it still opens due to bad weather

The roome was great for its price. The hotel is relativelly close to the center and the staff was really nice.

The only problem was that our shower leaked and we had a puddle in the bathroom.

Basic room, ok cleanliness but not amazing. Bedsheet was torn in a couple of places.Overall still ok value for money for a short stay

The walls on the rooms were paper thin. We could hear everything outside and I mean EVERYTHING from a couple going at it on the next door all the way to the front lobby downstairs to people talking on the hall or even outside on the street. Staff was not very friendly. When arriving our room didn’t have any towels or even soap to wash our hands so when we asked they said we could get them later at 8 pm. When we got back to our room at 9 pm ish there were still no towels. My partner needed to go ask for them again on the front desk and then we were given only two towels and both very very poor quality.The room itself was old looking and the bathroom tab for example was not in tact and was moving when used. Also the electrical outlet in the bathroom was not intact and it was not safe to use at all… Shower was Also leaking everywhere when using. Overall the room was Also not very clean. It had stains all over the place like Bathroom door.Overall the only good thing was location near metro stop. Definitely not worth even the 50€ per night price… Would not

There was plugs sockets hanging of the walls no towels had to keep going down for them asked for double got 2 singles instead went to reception and got told to just push them together. So we did and still had a huge gap in the middle and the room stunk
