    Pros +

    • Helpful staf and breakfast was decent
    • Excellent location near Heroes' Square and excellent accessibility to public transportation. The staff is very nice and helpful. We got a room with a view towards the museum building and the square.Excellent value for money. It is important to note that we did not spend much time in the room; we were out most of the day.The room was nice and gave us exactly what we needed.
    • The hotel is close to Metro.

    Cons -

    • This hotel is on the corner of a very busy Avenue. The road noise, even with the windows closed, is very noticeable until late at night. Additionally, there is a major hospital just a block away, so the sirens from ambulances driving by at all times, day and night, are very annoying. The property owners should seriously invest in noise insulation.
    • There was no fridge, no pot to warm water up…There was no hot or cold water for drinking anywhere in the hotel. The room was very small and ugly with some paint in one corner, like not finished…
    • No glasses in the room. Room is smaller, should be less comfortable for longer stay. Price is much higher on saturday night.

Clean room in walking distance to city centre - 2km and to Heroes park Non stop bar. It is close to Puskas arena too, so ideal fot concert stay. Check out at 12 is very good. Check in is from 3PM, we arrived at 2PM and are accomodated immediatelly with no surcharge. Ideal for short stay 1 to 3 nights.

No glasses in the room. Room is smaller, should be less comfortable for longer stay. Price is much higher on saturday night.

room was clean and feasible. breakfast was wonderful. people/staff are so friendly. location is close to touristic areas, art museums, metro stations, some Hungarian food restaurants,

constructions round the hotel are not lovely.

    Great location, simple.

When searching after free parking tag you get to chose this Hotel, after i reached there they said it's 17 euros park fee.Dissapointed that they lie on the page they have free parking. Never gonna go to any Ibis Hotel, no matter the country. 1 star is all i can give to liars.

Very bad experience due to noise from renovation works

They were performing renovation works all 4 days of our stay, including working during the weekend. It was extremely loud and annoying. It was by far the worst my stay in the hotel for many years.

    4Kikky9Posted on: 4-16-2025

staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable the Zoo was close but otherwise away from central city. got a refund due to my early leave, cause of the noise.

noise, the windows are not holding back the noise.. sirens from ambulance the hole night. construction work ongoing.

Great location, solid breakfast. Rooms that have been renovated are quite decent.

During our stay, part of the hotel was being renovated, which is fine. But we didn't expect that on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm, multiple drills would be drilling concrete. However, I must commend the staff who responded to our request and the drilling stopped. We were not aware of the reservation when we made the reservation, we saw a notice in the elevator.

The breakfast, the parking, the size of the room, the location, the lobby, the staff

    Nothing whatsoever

    10MichaelPosted on: 4-12-2025

Very polite and helpful staff. Great room with minimal but functional decor. Restaurants and transport all very close and accessible.

    8BláPosted on: 4-9-2025

Nice, modern, clean hotel close to heroes square.

It would get higher marks if there were a kettle and mini fridge available in the room. It's always nice to make a cup of tea in the room after a day of exploring. There was a lovely cafe at reception that we could go to but my husband was quite sick and we needed to make tea at some stage and I kept having to run down to reception.

Loved the hotel and the location. Staff were VERY helpful and they all spoke good English. I would like to say a big thank you to the barman because he made a good cappuccino ?. The only con I have is the toilet in the room ? It is so close to the wall that you can hardly move but apart from that I would be happy to stay again in this hotel.Well done and keep up the good work. ? ?
