Ambra Hotel

The room for 2 people is spacious compared to other hotels in Europe, the 24 hour coffee machine available to guest and close proximity restaurants.r

The only drawback I had is it lacks insulation to noise, our room is on the street side and we can hear voices singing and loud talks.

Location Breakfast

This is not a 4 start hotel, 3 max The room a bit old, the TV have only 2 english speaking channels, no online services at all (Netflix\Amazon)

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

Just be aware that the breakfast area is small, so if you go during ¿peak time¿ you may need to wait a few minutes for a table. That¿s just because the hotel is small though (and results in better customer service from staff)

Staff are very nice. Location is good too.

Clean, comfortable with 24 hour staff that usually seemed happy to answer questions and be of service. The location was quiet but close enough to get to attractions we wanted to see. Good breakfast was an added plus.

The location was great and staff was very helpful with information, helping with bags, setting up transfers, wifi and free breakfast.

Pics not true.I am 70,room 3rd floor BUT was just numbers were in 300s.5 flights skinny stairs in the historic bldg around corner. It was a dbl bed,,smaller than a cruise cabin.If sat on toilet face over halfsize sink,no showerhd,small leaky wand.

When we arrived, and after paying for the whole stay, the stuff infromed us that the elevator is not working and that our room is in 4th floor. This was totally unacceptable.

Nice hotel, top location, comfort rooms, friendly stuff. We travel with our adult daughter. The room 604 is the best for 3 ( one double bed and one extra bed in the separated part of the same room).

Hotel is nice and comfortable. Located in city center and at 20/30 mins by walk from main city POVs. Coffee/tea machine 24h in the lobby. Staff was nice. Very clean. Room (triple) was big and clean. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfy and Bathroom was big.

Heating system was probably the detail missing: room was a little too warm during night, but that is really subject to personal tastes. As read in other comments, the Hotel is located near pubs and restaurants, so you can hear people making noise in the street, but hotel is providing complimentary earplugs in rooms facing the street. Besides these details, nothing to be noted.

Best service so professional yet kind and cute.The receptionist Aron was super helpful, on our arrival he walked us through every corner we should see in buda and pest ( based on our request) and was super helpful with everything that he made us feel super welcomed.THE BREAKFAST : 2 words **So Yummy**

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights. We booked a double room which was spacious and clean. The bathroom was relatively large, which was a nice surprise. Our room overlooked the inner part of the hotel, but that wasn't important to us.The staff is charming, friendly, and always ready to help. On our first morning, we received a WhatsApp message checking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We requested towels, and they arrived within 5 minutes.The breakfast is good and satisfying. It’s a lovely touch that the dining room is open in the afternoons and evenings for anyone who wants free coffee, tea, and cookies in a quiet setting (especially nice during the winter).Excellent location!

Room was a good size, bathroom is very small. Elevator is tiny.

The room was clean and bigger than we imagined for 3 people, with all the necessary items and very cozy.

Exactly what we needed. Small, conformable, perfect location, quiet yet close to all cool places, simple yet great shower

Can't say Maybe the small weird elevator :)

City center location walking distance from everything.

No parking in the area and garage cost 40€!!! Very small breakfast area overcrowded people waiting for table for an average breakfast
