Beautiful large room.Great breakfast Nice stuff.

Location us not in center.But did not bother much since tram is 5 min away.

Rooms are nice, perhaps a little bit outdated, but otherwise ok, breakfast was delicious, the spa was nice though didn't really had too many things, all things considered not a bad place to stay in Budapest

The rooms were great. The staff were very helpful most of the time except a few misunderstandings I think due to a language barrier. I ended up in their executive club so had nice perks at their bar area. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Pools were nice. Not far from the tram station. Noise wasn’t bad. I liked that we were in a rather soundproof area.

The only issue that I had was the 2nd day we used the pool all of the pools were chilly. I’m not sure if they had a heater issue or what. The other thing I couldn’t quite figure out is when I would get drinks from the bar how to return the glasses. The bar said housekeeping would get them but they were not picked up so they stayed in the room until we left. It didn’t really harm anything but I just felt bad having so many glasses.

Price not bad and front desk and bar staff where good

Room 468 did not have a working air conditioner or tv. Was supposed to have breakfast included was not. Had to pay to park at hotel

Room is comfortable and clean, breakfast is very good, not excellent. You can reach the city center by public transportation easily.

The heating in the bathroom didn't work. There was no hot water twice. It's very cold in the spa complex and in the corridors. In the spa, ordinary tap water is poured into the thermal pools, explaining this by the fact that the water supply from Margaret Island is broken. We were forced to reduce our hotel stay from 7 to 4 nights and move to another hotel. It should have been done on the second day. The hotel employees are very polite, they tried to solve the problems, but unfortunately nothing depended on them. The hotel needs serious repairs.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and the warm drinks in the lobby made it feel like coming home. Great breakfast with tons of options for both food and drinks. It was great being able to go to the spa and then directly back to your room. The best thing about the is place was the people though, they went out of their way to be helpful beyond just aspects of our hotel stay. Dominica was especially helpful!!

The spa water could have been cleaner.

The room was clean and had all facilities. The location was accessible and had good view. The people at reception were friendly and helpful. We stayed here 3 nights and it was very good. Breakfast had ample selection. The heated pools were incredible.

I got a call at midnight from reception for absolutely no reason.

Very good Breakfast more choices .location is quiet 2 rides going to the center train H5 and metro 2 it takes 10mins .

Its sad because theres no heater in the room little bit cold because of the technical problem the swimming pool jacuzzi is cold the environment in spa aria too. All of these because of technical problem.for me it is not important if the HOTEL IS OLD important is all functioning

The spa experience is very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms are very spacious

Old, dusty, not clean, the bath robes were old and with holes, the heating system was not adjustable, the furniture is scratched, the rug in the room is stained, the spa is old with broken pavement and it is not as advertised, no lavander oil bath. The biggest problem over all is the cleanliness.

Breackfest was good. Locations close to bus station, Staff was helpfull.

• Cleanliness Irregularities: Room cleaning was inconsistent. During my five-night stay, the room was not cleaned daily, and only towels and toilet paper were replaced. No new bottle of water was provided after the initial one, even after four days.• Room Condition: The bed was uncomfortable, and the sink was visibly cracked on both sides. The room was carpeted, which raises hygiene concerns and can easily conceal a lack of proper cleaning.• Mixed Staff Attitudes: While some staff members were friendly and smiling, others were noticeably less welcoming. This inconsistency affected the overall atmosphere.• Outdated Facilities: Certain areas of the hotel, including bathrooms and furniture, appear worn and in need of renovation.• Technical Issues: The air conditioning and heating systems were unreliable, and the Wi-Fi connection was weak or unstable in several parts of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the room's large and the shower had great water pressure.The place is also very kid friendly, with kids area in the lobby, a playground right outside and a decent kids menu in the restaurant.

The rooms facilities themselves weren't very well kept (door to the bathroom wouldn't close all the way, for example). The spa water in the pool was not clean. The location itself is very nice, but the closest supermarket or Cafe are at least 10 minutes walk.

A cozy hotel near the Danube and the public transportation; nice and varied breakfast.

The spa is a bit worn out and sometimes quite crowded, still we enjoyed the sauna and pools.

Nothing, due to hygiene issues, I have not had chance to enjoy anything.

This hotel had some serious hygiene issues, I have had 2 rooms, both were dirty with stains on the bed and dirty walls alone with un flushed toilet.

The staff were very nice…check in and out went smoothly. Knowing it was my husband’s birthday, we were welcomed with a bottle of Hungarian champagne.

Although the Lobby was lovely, when we got to our room, we found it to be very shabby and it didn’t feel all that clean. The walls were all scuffed and dirty looking, the headboard was too small for the bed… Twice we had to request housekeeping to make up and clean the room…outside of changing towels when requested and straightening the bed…that’s all they did
