The Suite is great ... lots of space, nice view, quiet. Fantastic staff - front desk, breakfast, cleaning

Would like to have more space for clothing in the bedroom and towel rack in the smaller bathroom. Breakfast area is crowded. And we knew that the location is a hike from the central area, but the trams are easy, so it was fine

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful in navigating the city. The breakfast buffet was first class, as well as the staff providing excellent service in the dining room. Great location for walking and using transit system around city and to train station.

Pictures on Booking were bright and colorful, but city view room was dark and drab looking. Upon my request, the staff moved me to a courtyard view, which was much brighter and more pleasing to the senses.

Starting with the staff, they were extremely kind and helpful. They kept our baggage upon arrival until check-in hour and after the check-out, until we left for the airport. the room was very clean and had every facilitate you could think of. the breakfast was diverse and suited every taste, the quality of the food was very good. The hotel is near the center, a few metro stations away. The area where the hotel is located is very safe, even during night time. The price for the whole vacation suited the conditions. We will definitely return to this accommodation.

Our room was great with windows on two sides, kettle, fridge, and two chairs. The location was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good (although the bread, butter and jam were each in a different place), and the staff were very pleasant.

The A/C was a bit noisy and the bathroom was a little cramped but okay.

the location was really nice, we needed to stay for the night after the airport so it was super comfy to get here from the airport. the room was clean and wide for 3 people. everything you need in the bathroom. i loved the friendly staff. and the breakfast in the garden was unbelievable. definitely worth staying again

not in a walking distance from all the sightseeing but for us it wasn't necessary

Nice old hotel in the very center of Budapest. Comfy beds (pay attention to booking details - photos were taken with fisheye, so my room had 3 separate single beds instead of 1 king size and 1 twin bed), clean, nice breakfast.

Wifi in the room was almost non-existent

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and beds were comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast had plenty of option and was very good. The location was very good, close to public transport which was wheelchair accessible.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We would have liked options to dine in the evening or a better bar, but there are plenty of options nearby the hotel so it wasn't a big problem.

Excellent location. Close to the metro and tram, bus, but still in a quiet area. Aldi supermarket 3 minutes away. Extremely spacious room. Very communicative and helpful reception staff. Varied breakfast. We recommend and we will come back here on our next visit to Budapest, an amazing and sensational city.

Quite a good selection at breakfast. The hotel was nice and quiet at night.

There was no bar open in the hotel, although it appeared they had one that was not used. The tea/coffee sachets in our room were never replenished and there was no milk. Also our dirty cups were left for the entire stay on the sideboard. No shower gel in the shower by the last day as it was nearly empty when we arrived. Just little annoying things that should have been dealt with as they made your beds etc every day.
