Friendly staff, very good pools and a wonderful view

For myself I would have liked to be closer to the city center. But it was an easy bus ride anywhere you wanted to go.

Very helpful staff, very clean room and comfortable beds and very rich breakfast

The pools weren’t that much warm

The staff from the reception were very kind and helfull, at the venue were we had dinner everything was perfect and stilish. Food was really tasty and a large choice. Spa is very well located and organized.

Simply I could not find bad things and I m a critique person.

It is a nice hotel It doesn't matter if it is just for one night or a longer stay in Budapest.The wellness is of course a big bonus after a tiring day of work/touring in the city.

I wouldn't say it's a problem yet but I used to stay in the hotel about 10 years ago and the facilities now are the say. It is getting a bit dated.

We’ve been here during Christmas and spa had short working hours which is fine, but they didn’t let us know that in advance which might be a recommendation for improvement

Our favorite hotel in Budapest. Has great spa facilities, rooms are very comfortable, excellent breakfast and a parking lot. Not much more we can ask for which is why we keep coming back.

The room was cold, it was blowing from the windows.

Excellent. A lot of choices!

Would have preferred my room on a higher floor.Last two times when I stayed here, I was on the 5th floor.Stairwell configuration is a bit odd, having to go up via the conference area and then up a separate stairwell to the first floor where my room was located.

The hotel is in a beautiful location by the Danube, the room was overlooking the river, the breakfast was buffet so you had a choice of what you wanted. I was at the conference and it was very professionally organised.You are in the city quickly, but you can take a taxi, it is very cheap.

Spa is excellent.

The room we have stayed for two bookings in same room the bed sheets where not replaced.The room had a lot of dust deposit on furniture,tv,flooring.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is enough and very good for families with small children. Hotel is about 20 minutes walking distance to city center.

Dinner buffet is expensive. If the hotel increases main meal options, then it can be worth.

The hotel is highly recommended - we had an excellent stay as a family. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is varied and rich, the staff is lovely. High level of cleanliness.

great hotel, very good location (about 2kms from the Palace of parliament but otherwise close to the center and with a beautiful view of Danube). very good food, nice staff. nice pools with heated/thermal water.

overall a very good experience but i think that during the winter the hotel could use a bit of extra thermal insulation. on a windy day with -3 C outside and wind blowing you could clearly feel the cold from outside if you were looking through the window at the beautiful Danube.

The food was average quality, especially for buffet dinner. The junior suite was very small.

Very pleasant staff, beautiful hotel with great facilities, nice rooms and nice spa and worm pools. Breakfast was excellent and the entire place is kids friendly.

We have been many times in this hotel for Xmas or New years eve and we were always satisfied. For that it was greatly disapointing that when we arrived on Xmas Eve and our room was unheated. At the reception we asked about dinner and they told us we can book it anytime. As the reception could not tell if the room will be heated they only mentioned other solution which was only to leave the hotel as we would not sleep in December, on Xmas Eve in unheated room, we did not unpack nor order dinner. After two hours the room was warm (the heating in the room was switched off centrally) but what was said at the redeption before was not true and there was no table for dinner. We had peanuts for Xmas dinner.It is more a family hotel with pools full of children (not wellness for relax), very crowded, at any time they were not free lounders/sunbeds. Be carefull with thevedges of pools Ii cut myself.Next time we go to Budapest we book a hotel we have not been before sa we do not have expectation.I recommend to check the catering and other services especially at major holidays as at Xmas they were reduced and limited.
