Location easy to access, near to the metro station

The cleanliness could be improved, water was only provided once without refills, coffee refills weren’t available, and the furniture could use some updating.”

Curtains in room didn't allow for much sleep and the remote had broken buttons.

The hotel placed on a crossroad.. At night you can hear cars beeps and other noise that cause by cars.

Breakfast as always at the Astoria is superlative and the location near subway and buses is great

The telephone (for the second time this year in the room did not work - one could not dial outside the hotelThe hotel lobby staff is terrible at leaving messages of outside calls. Many people called (when I was out) and neither phone messages nor hand written (in the lobby) messages were given to me and if the phone wasblinking, I could not get in to get the messages left on the phone in the room - a major flawIn the evening the lobby staff often go in the back and do not attend the front desk

The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is delicious and the antique decoration is beautiful!

The beds are too narrow. The heating doesn’t work well. It takes too long to warm the room.

Housekeeping never changes the towels, they keeps the dirty towels back on shelves till we notify the receptionist

‏The hotel has a good location, but the service and cleanliness need improvement. Housekeeping was limited and rooms were sometimes entered without prior notice.‏However, the reception staff were very polite, professional, and helpful, which was appreciated.

It was very quiet and comfortable. It was central to where we had to go within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No available ice for drinks in our room we had to go to the bar where they gave us ice in a plastic bag instead of an ice bucket. It leaked all over the the inside of the refrigerator.

The hotel is near the city centre. Very good breakfast and they have friendly staff.

Location was good, interior was nice.

Bathroom was not clean, there were hair on the floor. Very pricey compared to what you get.

The location was amazing, much better than we thought it would be. Very close to the city centre, all of the Advent locations. Very near you have a lot of interesting shops, brunch spots, speciality coffee and restaurants. Even though they don't have parking, there are parking options 2-3 min from the hotel.

The location was excellent right next to the Astoria Metro, the breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in giving directions and suggestions for restaurants, places of interest.

Water pressure could have been better.

The best thing was the location. Very very accessible in the city center. We could visit almost all attractions on foot!

We asked to clean the room on our second day because it was very obvious we dirtied the sheets a bit but we came back after they cleaned & the sheets weren’t changed.

Cold room no control of the heating. Very old furniture in the lobby very hard to get out of the seats because they are very low.

This is a very nice hotel, with pleasant stuff and good location in the center of Budapest. The breakfast was tasty.

I asked not to clean the room (because I don'tsee and necessity in changing towels every day), however when I came back to my room I saw that it was cleaned and the towels were changed
