Loved the size and elegance of the room and bathroom. The beds where super comfortable, amazing pillows, everything was clear. Also the sound isolation was great, our room was close to the elevator but we heard no noise whatsoever. The employees were very welcoming, helpful, thoughtful and kind.

Stingy refills - staff was reluctant to give more coffee even though we paid for breakfast - v ery sad because we love and need coffee!

Better coffee refill attention - they would t let me refill my or or leave a small carafe

They charged me 90 Euro extra for each night Because I have 3 kids in the roomHowever, I traveled more than 3 countries this journey and no one charged me for my kids

A stunning restaurant and lobby, great helpful staff, exceptional service.

The staff were accommodating especially the concierge lady who helped us book our train ticket to Vienna and. The lobby is beautiful too!

The building is extremely rich in history and the design is breathtaking We especially loved the ceiling and smoking area in the third floor

The shower is badHalf the tub is blocked with glass and you have very limited ability to shower without water getting everywhere

The Parisi Udvar is the nicest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in. The location was excellent not only right next to a Metro stop, but easy walk to many of the places you might like to visit. The hotel lobby was gorgeous and the rooms did not disappoint. The hotel was a bit more expensive than we normally choose but the quality we got for the extra money was worth it. The staff were cheerful and very helpful.

The breakfast was a buffet but there were many options and the environment made it even better. The beauty of the hotel adds so much to the experience. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Don’t get me wrong, but it’s a good five star property, but nothing exceptionally great. One thing definitely going for them is this building itself and the architecture of it rest other than that it’s a normal five star. Breakfast staff is good.

I thought that there was a cold vibe in the entire hotel for starters is the only hotel that I’ve ever been to in the last 10 years visiting multiple hotels. Five stars as well, where they charge €30, if you do, take an umbrella and Incase it’s misplaced or if it’s not in the bedroom . at that point is ridiculous because the same umbrella is available outside for like two euros !
