The hotel was an absolute gem. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, and the staff were superb. They were knowledgeable and friendly but also gave plenty of space. The breakfast in particular was excellent. Would return in a heartbeat!

They reached out to us personally to ensure all our needs and expectations were met.The team took a genuine interest in our plans, helping us organize our days in the city, book and contact restaurants, and tailor our trip to our goals.They were so flexible and kind that we never once felt our requests were an inconvenience. In fact, every request was met with a warm smile and an eagerness to make our vacation nothing less than wonderful.Breakfast was excellent and provided a beautiful (and early) start to our mornings, with high-quality, fresh products, great coffee, and refreshing ginger shots to accompany the inviting buffet that awaited us each day.

As an older, redecorated property you must walk up or down a few steps to your room, even taking the lift. Lighting was not good in the rooms.

The staff were so great, friendly, attentive and helpful. This epitomizes a boutique hotel, you feel so welcome, comfortable and relaxed, a second home. On top of that the location is unbeatable, on a park, and close to everything. Other areas of town may have nice hotels, but the neighborhoods are not so great. Can’t beat this hotel in any category!

I did love how professional and happy to see us staff was. Place was squeaky clean, hotel itself was comfortable to reach by both foot and car.

Not that I didn't like, but the room lacked an iron and a personal refrigerator.

It was very close to the city center. Breakfast was served in a small living room. So it was necessary to reserve a time for one of the 4 tables. In this way, it felt like you were having breakfast at your home.

A lovely little hotel in a quiet street with beautifully decorated rooms. But most of all, thanks to the fantastic young staff. They gave us such a nice welcome, they created a nice atmospher during the breakfast, and they were so helpful to what ever we asked for. They made our stay so pleasant.Our highest recommendation

Had to play electric switch roulette to find out how ro turn off the lights. But otherwise all was good.

We stayed for five nights, and the hotel—wow.The location is central and accessible to everything! The hotel is situated on a quiet side street right next to a green area.The design is an experience in itself, and the staff is exceptionally dedicated—truly!We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to the city and to this hotel.A perfect 10 in every aspect.

Everything. We really didn’t want to leave. From the warm welcome from Sara to the balcony overlooking the park it was perfect.

Breakfast was a small affair. Extensive choice and good quality food but it was very “busy”. A bit of a squash when there were guests choosing their food plus with 3 members of staff. It did put us off having breakfast for a couple of mornings. If you want a stress free breakfast I suggest going down as soon as breakfast begins at 7am. Just sometimes you don’t want to have to get up early when you are on holidays.

A wonderfully designed, beautiful, clean hotel. In a great location. The staff was so very king and helpful, always smiling and wanting to make our stay as good as it gets. The breakfast was really tasty and the room was amazing, with a very comfortable bed.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - Hassnae, Sara, Mehrajan, Elena and all the other wonderful women. This was a birthday vacation we will never forget.

The rooms are very nice and updated. Shower was excellent. The bed and the pillows are amazing!! So amazing. Great breakfast to start the day with. The hotel is centrally located and you can easily walk to most attractions within 10 minutes.

Great location! Great service given from all members of staff! Wonderful atmosphere! Cleaning level are most higher i ever seen. Very good experience and best value for money. I will definitely get back to this Hotel in the future.

Would stay at this hotel, time and time again. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our needs (super early check in, adapters for use of the entire stay, a pillow menu, the list goes on). The location was fantastic, at one end of the street, a foodies delight and the other you’ve got a funky ruin bar (albeit very quiet!) and a very accessible metro. The decor really was delightful and made our stay one to remember as well.
