Andrassy Thai Hotel

Great Hotel though a bit unconventional since it seats in 2 floors of a condo building. The room is big, hich ceiling and a nice balcony that spreads over Andarssy avenue that is a prestigious address. It right in the city center very convinient.

It was a unique hotel experience

It's odd the hotel did not provide shampoo or a wash cloth and the restaurant said they were unable to provide utensils with takeaway orders so pack your own if you plan to eat at the hotel restaurant

Location is fantastic, a very central position.

Perhaps the low bed, without a base, as someone with a hip problem might have difficulty. I do appreciate the Thai decor & furnishings need to be authentic.

Absolutely wonderful. Excellent location right near rail and main bus depot, the staff were beyond helpful when my son fell ill. We stayed an extra 3 nights, they helped us find a doctor and provided tea, lemon and honey. They were so lovely. The room was a great size, our room was really quiet, beds very comfy and the bathroom clean and big enough. Had everything you need - kettle, fridge, TV etc. There is a lovely Thai restaurant below very reasonably priced. We were so glad we spent extra time here even if it was to get well!! Would highly recommend.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

Staff were very pleasant and helpful and location was perfect.

Biggest issue I had was walking up steps to the different floors the lights wouldn’t turn on and it was very dark especially at night. You needed to be very careful navigating. Shower was very small. A larger person would not have been able to move around. Was fine for me though.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is beautiful, with a charming style that makes the whole stay feel special.The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again.

Location location location! Very clean, staff were very helpful, great selection of food for breakfast, excellent value for money.

The only thing that could be a potential challenge for people is the step up to the bed level. May be an issue for seniors, specifically in the room we stayed (102). We had no issue.

The location was good for public transport.

It was dirty and very worn, inside the room and in the hallways and lobby. The photos were much better than real life. The breakfast was cold and not necessary due to many restaurants in the area. It was disappointing that reality did not match the description in many aspects.

Great location, very helpful staff. We requested an early check in (we were asking to check in within 2 hour)s much earlier than normal Check in time and they were so accommodating! Room was clean with a large window great for people watching! Clean bathroom and comfy bed! WiFi worked good too! GREAT value!

the breakfast was fabulous. Really first class. Our departure was early in the morning so they had a bag with snacks for us.

The room is very large with very high ceiling. The breakfast is very good and staff are super friendly. The location is very close to metro.

WIFI is very weak. Only certain areas in the room have the signal.

Very helpful and friendly staff, a very clean hotel in a historical building, good facilities, and a central location — right next to the metro station and very close to the airport bus stop.

The only issue during our stay was that, on the hotter days, the air conditioning didn’t work properly due to a wiring issue in the building — which I assume was fixed after we left.

Everything was perfect from room, service, cleanness, location , breakfast and all staff was very friendly and helpful They are the best

Nothing to complain about

Very comfortable hotel in a wonderful old building with heaps of character in the nicest boulevard in town. Loved the big wide staircase and the old style lift. Easy access to public transport but also only a short walk to the Danube. Good breakfast was served in the Thai restaurant next door. Highly recommended.

Not a real hotel, just two floors of a building not even connected, very dated rooms , stairs in the entrance so hard to manage child’s stroller

Super friendly staff, got the room ealier than the check in time, could leave the backpacks there to have a walk.

Only the location

The refrigerator in the room did not work. I asked in advance if there was a refrigerator because I had medication that needed refrigeration. The refrigerator was not repaired or replaced and they said that was what it was. Bad, disgusting breakfast, no vegetables, stale bread. In the end, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel for 5 days, we preferred to eat in the city.

Everything about the Hotel was great Rooms lovely service great Breakfast and very quiet room overall a great,stay Will stay there again for sure ??

Location, view, room

The location was excellent. The old building was a nice feel to such history filled city. Great reuse of what use to be a an insurance company’s building built in 1885. Loved it.

It needs a little work on cleanliness. White towels were not white. Shower heads had some mold. Anti-slip tape in shower moldy needs replacing. Really just the bathroom needs work. Everything else was great.
