Hotel is beautiful and unique. Nice hot tub and attentive staff. Wonderful big bar (Pótkulcs) around the corner with live music. Highly recommend

For light sleepers, do NOT stay on floor 3. It's under the "Grand Ballroom". You'll hear constant chair scraping on the wood floor (think, a cabin on a cruise ship under the pool deck). Hot tub is small and technically only 5 people can get in.Busy spa.

not quite in the heart of things: no quaint cafes across the street, etc. But the area is'safe' and public transport is easily accessed and cheap (buy an unrestricted ticket for the # days you are in Budapest and avoid the hassle of ticket machines etc).

Beautiful rooms and nice spa. Breakfast was included and was very good. We also enjoyed a daily night cap on the rooftop SkyBar (cocktails were very well done!)

The hotel is quite a walk from most attractions. Had arranged for early check in at 13:30 but when we arrived we were told the room wasn¿t ready (when they said it would be). Then front desk spoke to someone and poof our room was ready.

This was a clean hotel with a great shower and comfortable bed. It was also fun to look at

Everything! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff gracious and super helpful. Close to major attractions. The breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the design was beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding.

The only downside was that the room was quite dark, which made it a bit hard to see in the evening. Also, the hotel is not located right in the city center, but public transportation is very convenient and easily accessible.

No complaints. The price is right given its location being a bit further from the tourist traps than most people want but we love being close to where locals are and it wasn’t too far to walk to be in the thick of the action

Room was soooo beautiful also spa and all of the facilities. Staff were soooo kind and friendly. We had an amazing experience my sister and I. They offered us a wonderful birthday treat. Would 100% come back.

Unfortunately the breakfast was not included or offered to us which I guess I did not realize when booking but would have loved to try it.

We had a wonderful stay. The service on this hotel was perfect, the staff was always helpful. The duplex room was good-looking, clean and equipped with all necessary items.

Room was good, but in our case lacked any view (milky windows). The location was fairly close to the city centre of Pest, but not directly situated in the centre. The distance was however manageable even by walk.

Beautiful hotel in a good location within walking distance of the Parliament and other sites. A rail station and transit center are less than 300 meters away. The room was exceptional; two-level with shower, vanity and closet/shelves down and the bed and sitting area up. The shower room was a particular delight. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely stay.

We were unable to enjoy the spa due to returning to the hotel too late (spa closes at 2100). We would have loved to soak a bit after a day of walking. This wasn't a deal-killer, though. We still loved our stay.

Facilities exceeded our expectations, our room was compact but cozy and had everything we needed, good coffee machine,a welcome fruit plate and chocolates, and a nice mini bar with (not so expensive) snacks. The spa was everything we needed after a long day of walking around, we booked a massage which was amazing! Breakfast options are enough and tasty (the hall is very beautiful spot). The roof bar had nice cocktails and good dinner options.

The location was not as centric as I thought but reachable walking distance from some attractions, also metro and bus stops are close by, so not really a negative point. Breakfast and dinner were a little bit expensive but normal for hotel price.

The staff here are very kind and welcoming. Everything about the hotel is top tier. I was amazed at how luxurious it was and how good the service is there. I had an early flight and had to miss breakfast so they made up a delicious breakfast for me to take to the airport. I would love to come back and stay here again.
