Rooftop City Residence with Underground Parking

We had a basic ‘family room’ that suited our needs for a 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable however fitted bottom sheets would be an asset.Staff was friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions.Breakfast on 2nd morning was substantially better than first morning.Coffee was delicious.

It was further from city centre than we had anticipated but metro station is close by.Also, some may be “put off” that accommodation is in an apartment building (entrance is not too inviting) but I suppose that Rooftop ‘Residence’ gives somewhat of a clue…

Staff was awesome, directions were incredible clear and helpful for getting in. Was generous in giving me late checkout

Very special rooftop view. Solid breakfast! Clean comfy room with a large balcony. Friendly staff. Getting inside the property wasn’t difficult. I with the check-in time could have been a bit earlier though.

I think the bathroom (shower in particular) needs a little refresher for mold.

We stayed in the family room, which was big enough and clean. Both beds were very comfortable and we had a great relaxing sleep. Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. The beautiful view from the roof gives the atmosphere and makes the place romantic and cozy at the same time.

Great hotel with a beautiful rooftop terrace and stunning view of the city. Staff was very kind and helpful. The location is amazing. Close to transit and lots of good restaurants and cafes walking distance from the location and their prices were very reasonable unlike some of the more touristy areas. The room was good but nothing special. Overall it was great value and a very pleasant stay.

clean, bright and modern room. Good lights, quite exceptional in an hotel. Perfectly working and manageable airco. at 6th floor, no noise from below. breakfast was complete and nice, and could be used outside the splendid terrace. friendly staff. The garage is sure an advantage in a city like budapest

It's on the 6th floor and there's an elevator. If you go by stairs it's very creepy. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything you need. The parking is in the same building, you just enter (take the ticket) and park normally. On the reception you give them your ticket and pay 17e per night. After when you want to leave, go to your car and drive to the exit ramp, there will be a person working. Show him your ticket and he will let you out.

Our fridge didnt work! Also, the location isn't very great, it's far away from the center and you need to walk 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Quiet clean, comfortable.Close to metro line 2, not even 5minutes walking.Hotel has terrace where you can have a drink at night with your friends, I think all rooms have balcony that goes outside on the terrace.I had a great rest, honestly one of the best places I've stayed in Budapest. Even though I also have some things I didn't like, I would still come back.Parking is great, underground.

The location is good, however it is next to the Keleti train station, so there are quite a lot of homeless and drunk people outside. Quite dirty outside the hotel.That didn't feel very safe, but I was with a group so it was okay.What I didn't like is that your room doesn't get refreshed with coffee or tea if you used the previous day.I went to request a coffee pod from the reception, and they asked for 9 euros, for 1 coffee pod, that's just insane, I could buy the whole box with that money.Breakfast was quite poor, it's not worth the money. I had two days but the second day I already didn't want to eat it, so little variety.My bathroom had a bit of sewer smell, but it was very clean, it was just the plumming.

Spacious and very clean room and bathroom with balcony and lovely views of city rooftops...Short walk to metro station and railway station.

Cool location, found a great Asian food hall nearby. Highly Recommended booking on breakfast - everything you could want and more, hosted by a wonderful lady who made sure everything was as you like. Clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Generous size room, with a view to Buda mountains. The rooftop garden looks amazing and it was a bonus that we and great weather so we were able to eat outside. It would have been different if it was raining as the passage from the room to breakfast area is not covered.

the linens were not clean. i had the impression they were not even changed. There were hairs all over. The shower was broken, and it the shower head dropped on my head.

People where super nice.Specially the woman in the kitchen preparing the breakfast and the cleaning team. Always a smile, always few words.Breakfast was simple but a lot of vairiety specially veggies,which is much appretiated. (Maybe a kettle for hot water could be a +)It was clean and warm inside of the rooms.Also bathroom were very clean and warm

Personally,The strong smells from the aromas on the corredors where very unconfortable.Also it seems like a new renotaved-ish place and it seems to have no soul. It could be a hospital.TOO MUCH light in the rooms, beautiful during the day ( even if the views are not specially beautiful) but during the morning when it gets bright at 6 and you want to sleep the little curtins dont do the job.It was not close to the center, Budapest is huge and everything takes for ever if ypou walk, Aprox 40 min to get somewhere.It did not feel like a hotel but more like a hostel.

Interesting and original hotel with wonderful views of the city. Many plants on the territory. Family room for 4 people is clean and spacious, two toilets, which is very convenient. Breakfast is varied, everything is delicious. The staff is wonderful, we are very grateful to them.The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station, metro station, bus stops. Nearby is a huge park with a classic playground, children are delighted. Behind the park is a zoo, you can walk. Also nearby is a large shopping center. The location is convenient for tourism. In the city, we rode a ship along the Danube. On the opposite side of the Parliament it costs twice as much as near the Parliament, it is better to go on the 19th, because there is lighting of the Parliament and other buildings. Tickets must be bought in advance online, but we bought at the entrance to the ship an hour before departure. We crossed the Danube over a pedestrian bridge and turned right, walked for 10-15 minutes. I recommend this hotel, I would stay there again.
