Location and living condition are all better than expected

Rooms are spacious, new, clean and staff is very friendly. Location is very good and close to everything by walk, Zara is right in front of it.Christmas market is right near.We were family and we enjoyed a lot.Thank you

Breakfast wasn't great unfortunately, you pre order the day before and collect from reception at 9am two days running the cooked breakfast was cold, you only get one complimentary coffee pod so the rest of your stay you need to buy coffee pods which I feel coffee should be included with your breakfast every morning! The receptionist was fabulous I have to say!

Central location, no noise from outside, funky fixtures in the room, comfortable bed.

Only one tea and coffee in the room per stay, apart from that, can't be faulted.

Could be cleaner, could see mold at the corners of the washroom. The property is located on second floor and can only be accessed through a really small / old elevator or climb the stairs if u can. Inside the building is rlly old but the rooms are very new / great.

The hotel location is amazing- 1 min walking to the vaci utza, and 3 min walking from a metro station junction of lines 2,3,4 and a station of line 1. Everything is relatively close. Under rhe hotel there are Zara and h&m huge stores. One important thing you need to know-the hotel gate and the hotel door are locked by electronic locks.Ask the crew for the passwords in advance-we arrived during day time (10.00 am) and couldnt get in until another guest came in and opened the gate for us. we didnt find any bell to ring. You have tea and coffee in the room. The view from our room (single room,no. 7) was to a back patio but we couldnt care less since we hardly were there.Amazing hotel,quiet and small,I would go there again when visiting Budapest for sure.The service at the front desk is only between 8 am to 8 pm. The crew is available by whats up outside these hours. We didnt use hotel meals,since under the hotel there are a lots of good coffee shops.

We visited the hotel during mid October and the temp outside was betwee 5-15 c. Something was very strange with the air conditioning, even when we set it to 29 degrees, it was blowing cold air. Strange.since we didnt use the room a lot we didnt care.

Great property, looks exactly as on the picture.The perfect location, close to the river and moat of the attractions. Great restaurants for breakfast and dining.Very clean room and comfortable beds.Staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. They helped us with ordering train tickets and restaurants suggestions.Highly recommended!

The cleanliness is not as expected. Towels are torn, corners have dirt and sheets feel generally over used. Expected more based on price paid

Very convenient location, but not noisy tucked in quiet square away from traffic. Beautifully designed new modern and spacious and comfortable in the historical neighbourhood

No concierge on duty if you come in odd hours

The place was exactly like in the pictures, comfortable bed, AC unit, super clean. On top of it, the staff was super accommodating & friendly (allowed for early check-in & late check-out).The surrounding area is rather quiet at night and full of restaurants and shops you can visit during the day.If you are thinking for a place to stay, this is definitely the perfect option.

It’s a small boutique hotel, about 10 rooms located on the first floor on a nice residence building. The room is spacious and well design. Best location ever: Just 1 minute from Vaci, minutes walk from public transportation, or from the Danube. Everything is in walking distance. Dozens of restaurants and shops. The room was extremely nice and comfortable, overlooking the street but yet very quiet. Just note - It’s not an hotel with hotel services. Note that because of the configuration of the room , there is no real separation between the bed and the bath. No problem for couples, but might bothersome for just friends. For us it was a superb place. No reason why to take a nearby DLX hotel. Extremely recommended !!

Location was great. There isn’t any noise from outside. The room was big enough. Facilities were new and well designed. The bed was so big and confortable. My baby also can sleep with us :)

We could not set the air conditioner well. I dont know maybe we could not do that but it was a little bit cool.

front desk staff was wonderful and room was excellent. Great location in old town could walk everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again. Staff held our luggage after checkout while we explored the area prior to embarking on our Danube river cruise

The Loft is on the second floor of the building and you need a code to get in the door. We should have gotten a door code prior to check-in to get upstairs the first time, but fortunately someone was leaving and we were able to get in.

Its central location makes it easy to visit the city’s top sights, while providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Just step outside, and you’ll find shopping areas and restaurants nearby, making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration. A peaceful retreat with easy access to everything Budapest has to offer.

Location, location location! In the middle of the center! Extremely friendly staff! Pet friendly whit a litle tax for cleaning.

was super clean, centrally located, the staff were super lovely and helpful, and the beds were so comfy.

Clean, central location, lots of space!

Slightly dusty but not an issue for someone who is quite sensitive to dust.
