Cons -
- The room is kinda old
- This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, mainly because of the receptionist’s behavior.I arrived on January 1st at 2:00 a.m. with a reservation. The receptionist (an older woman with glasses) does not know how to talk to guests at all. She didn’t say hello, didn’t wish Happy New Year, and before we could even explain, she aggressively said “I have no free room.”When we explained that we had spoken by phone with another employee from this hotel, who clearly promised that a solution and a room would be found (which is why we cancelled another hotel), she started yelling at us, repeating “No, no, no” and saying that even if it was another colleague, with her it was a no. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She told us she could do nothing and that check-in was only at 3 p.m., leaving us with no solution. Because of her attitude and refusal to help, we were forced to sleep in the lobby. Also, when we arrived, the reception was empty. She was not doing her job and was eating somewhere else. We waited around 10 minutes, and only a cleaning lady was present. In the morning, I asked for early check-in because I was exhausted, on my period, and in pain after spending the night in the lobby. She refused, then suddenly said it was possible only if we paid 40€ extra, which is outrageous given the situation. Later she even said “because my boss is here now”, which shows total lack of professionalism and consistency. What makes it even worse is that many rooms were clearly available in that night because we saw several guests checking out. We decided to go for a walk in the morning when we came back at 1 p.m., a different receptionist told us our room was already cleaned and ready, proving that the first receptionist simply did not want to help.Honestly, it is very disappointing that a hotel employs a receptionist like this. She clearly is not made for this job and should not be working in hospitality at all.
- The biggest problem is the bathroom. Toilet paper is too hard. It irritates and leaves small bruises, which should never happen, especially in a hotel of this price. Shower doors don't close fully, so no matter how you try, you'll wet the floor. I know, it sounds manageable, but it gets worse. You can't turn off the lights in the bathroom. I tried every switch, but it didn't help. And the worst part is that when I closed the door to block the light... it locked itself. Yes, the bathroom got locked, and I had to call the staff in the middle of the night to open it. Not by using their phone, nuh-uh. It didn't work either. I had to walk up to the reception and ask them. They didn't say it directly, but by the way they predicted what kind of issue I had with the bathroom, it seems like it happens often there.

The room looks nice, it's comfortable, and breakfast is great.

Avoid at all costs.
Black mold (I have pictures!), broken wifi, loud noise, dirty carpet -- what more could you want?Leonardo is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in the last 10 years:- The room was disgusting: mold growing in the room (not even in the bathroom, but the actual bedroom), dirty carpet, and so on. Staff quickly wiped off the mold for a cosmetic improvement, but made no effort to properly fix the problem, so it will grow back. They did not vacuum the carpet even once during my stay (of over a full week).- The Wi-Fi barely worked in my room, disconnecting once every 5-10 minutes. If you are planning to stay here for a work trip, forget it. You will be happy if you can check your emails, you definitely won't be able to make calls over the Internet.- The clientele: holy cow, this was the worst part. During my stay, multiple very large groups came and went, it seemed like this was the hotel's main source of guests. Without an exception, these groups were obnoxiously LOUD. Blasting party music past midnight, screaming off the top of their lungs any time of the day, it was a nightmare. When the screaming was the loudest, the staff also went into hiding, although the one time I could catch someone at the front desk, they did successfully calm the party down a bit. Don't plan to relax here.Avoid at all costs.
Friendly staff, clean and spacious room.
A great room, very clean.Easy check in, best location
The elevators are very tiny. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but good
The hotel is in a great location, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were excellent.
The walls are quite thin, so noise from the neighboring rooms can easily be heard.
It’s a basic standard hotel, clean, comfortable beds. Near to corwin plaza mall, metro and public transport
The rooms are very small, had to jump bed to cross to other side, small shower and cannot move and don’t know how it’s rated 4 star.
24/7 reception, central location, comfortable beds and pillows, affordable price.
I am shocked to see this hotel has 4 stars, in my experience it does not deserve them. The room had zero sound proofing. You could hear every single thing from the hallway. I sleep with earplugs so I was able to sleep but many people wouldn't be able to.On top of that, our room shared a door with the next room, and it was like living with strangers. You could hear them very clearly from behind the door as they walked, talked, snored, coughed, farted - everything like they are next to you. You could see the light in their room through the cracks in the door. Extremely unpleasant and invasive, no privacy since somebody hears everything you say and do.We asked for a different pillow but did not get it, and the receptionist looked confused by the request, although the staff is overall very nice. The walls in the hallway on floor 3 were showing signs of water damage. The bathroom could use a refreshment, and it smelled bad the whole time, like mildew and sewer. Toilet did not flush well, had to always use the big button multiple times for anything. The make up mirror in the bathroom was falling out of the wall, the sink was not draining properly and would get full of water. Due to the very tight schedule of our stay we could not afford wasting time arranging and moving to a new room, so we never asked for it, maybe the hotel would have offered it, or maybe it was full.Too much fragrance is used in the common areas. It smells really invasive, it was impossible to breathe in the elevator. It's like a cheap perfume trying to cover a bad smell. It gave me a headache when I was waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes. No tea in the room, only two coffee pods. I think it is reasonable to add two tea bags per day for those who don't drink coffee. The price was affordable but I will not be coming back due to the listed reasons.
The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are big and well-facilitated.
The distance from the public transportation.
Staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean and close to the main attractions.
All good
The location, the staff
The room is very small and you can hear all the other rooms sound. The walls between the rooms are very thi
We stayed at this hotel recently. The positive side is that it has its own parking space, which was very convenient, and the room was nice and comfortable, although a bit noisy at times.
We arrived at the hotel and first asked directly at the reception if a room was available. The receptionist insisted there were no rooms left. However, when we checked on Booking.com, there was still availability, so we reserved a room online. When we went back inside to check in, the receptionist looked rather unhappy and told us after about 10 minutes of waiting that we were “very lucky” because someone had just canceled. This explanation didn’t feel genuine, especially since Booking.com immediately showed the hotel as fully booked right after our reservation. The whole check-in experience felt unprofessional and not very welcoming. It left the impression that guests booking through Booking.com might not be treated the same as walk-in guests.
Location 15 minutes walk to city center. The area is Clining : we stayed 8 nights and they want to change the bedding every day so we have to put at the door "do not disturb". There are many pubs, cafes, pastry shops, restaurants, backeries and non-stop food shops. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. There is paid parking in the basement but must be careful for large SUVs. We highly recommed.
The location is good the staff is very friendly
The breakfast was sub standard no variety same type of food every day without any change.Coffee very very poor quality.Rooms need upgrading.Showers are very very small. No spoon provided in our room for our entire 5 days stay. Not the standard we expected from this hotel and for the price we paid.
The location was excellent, close to transport, restaurants and market.
There was a lot of noise from other rooms especially until quite late n the evening. Bring ear-plugs!
Well located, clean and spacious rooms and very nice staff. Very nice breakfast with many choices.
Parking is underground and very tight fit with quite narrow parking spaces.
The stay was good and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the breakfast lacked variety. One downside was the paid parking, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since there weren’t many cars in the garage — it felt like parking should have been included as a service.Despite that, I would still recommend the hotel.
