When need to open garage need to talk to reciption to open garage every time And breakfast not many food

Location and breakfast were fantastic.

A safety concern was housekeeping left our windows open (ground floor, facing the street) on two consecutive days. Beds were old and sunken. There is no daily housekeeping as advertised. Mattress covers were consistently not fixed. Clean or extra towels cost you. After 3 nights, you can exchange towels.

A big cosy aparrment on the perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Fisherman's bastion. Kitchen is good equiped and great thing is ypu can take breakfast downstairs and bring it to your room.

Really nice and comfortable suites hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful, we had a spot at the garage. Buffet breakfast is very good. The location is perfect, right next to Buda Castle.

The only downside is the lack of elevator in the building.

Terrible light in the room. You need to buy 2700kelvin lights if you want your guest to relax and not a totally blue lights. Pls fix this and everyone will be happy.

The place and also the breakfast was great, it was nice to have a fully equipped apartment (with the washing machine, dish washer , fridge etc) and also the support of the reception downstairs that is opened 24/7.The staff is great and always available!

Breakfast, the reception worker's kindness, size of the room and bed, cleaning service, the location! Everything was more than perfect!

They give you towel every 3 days.

Our suite is impressive, beautifully furbished with class and style. Breakfast was great, staff were helpful and courteous, wifi was fast and parking garage of the hotel is a plus factor. A bit pricey but worth it!

I was under the impression that it's merely 300m from St. Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion. Well indeed it was. But not horizontal, instead it is vertical. All those very steep steps are murderous to climb, especially for seniors like us.

Everything. Really comfortable and spacious. Staff great. Good continental breakfast included in the price.

Bathroom mirror in Suite 4 is awful, of no use for doing makeup or hair and could give you a real complex. Like a goldfish mirror in a circus hall of mirrors! It really should be replaced to give the place a faultless review.

It was really useful to have facilities such as a washing machine, large fridge, crockery and cutlery.

More tea bags

The beds in this space were memorably comfortable. Really huge mattresses with additional covering layers to make them slightly softer. The covers and pillows seemed to be all down and the sheets had a fabulously high thread count. It sounds silly but for those who have opinions regarding beds and bedding this was an excellent experience especially for the price. It's great that it has 24hr reception.

Please don't assume guests are rich and send them to Jamie Oliver's restaurant

The property was perfect—very clean, well-located, and very quiet. The breakfast was served on a lovely covered terrace in the backyard. I would highly recommend it for family travel.

The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. Good selection of cold breakfast.The Milford Suites were walking distance to the River Danube, on the Buda side. Just below the Fisherman's Bastion. Plenty to see on both the Buda & Pest sides. Plenty of bars & restaurants to chose fromStaff were helpful & happy to see us

Happy with our stay

The staff was kind and helpful.The breakfast offer is good and the parking is nice.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not as expected. Some of the pillows had hair on them and smelling like lady perfume before we touched them.

Helpful and kind staff. Willing to print my train tickets for my family who has 12 people with free of charge. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good enough!

Good location of the hotel. Clean room, comfortable. Nice breakfast. It was possible to leave the luggages at the Reception before checkin and after checkout.

I appreciated that we could left the luggages at Reception after checkout, as our flight was in the evening, but I was dissappointed that the access to the hotel's restroom is conditioned by the goodwill of the receptionist. Before leaving to the airport, my wife asked for permission to go to the restroom and she was told that there are restrooms only in the rooms and all the rooms were already occupied ... although there is a restroom in the basement... :(

Excellent location very close to the castle area and a short walk to Chain Bridge and Pest. Warm, comfortable room , very clean and great big, comfy bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and ran till 11am so no need to be up early!
