It is located in a really convenient place. Friendly service, nice view of the city, and great experience overall.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was well located, making it easy to get around. The staff also made an effort to help whenever we needed assistance, which we really appreciated.

The beds and pillows were not entirely to my liking. In addition, the air conditioning made a constant noise, which was very disturbing at night. The LED panel of the air conditioner was also very bright, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The location was decent. We came for the Christmas Markets. Very walkable. The Mega Pass is a good way to travel on public transportation & visit points of interest. Breakfast was above average but at times the breakfast area seemed hectic.Clean rooms. Good service. Allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived early.

The front desk staff seemed relectant to help with directions. The bank ATM that was "on the corner" pointing with her figure was "on the corner" after exiting the hotel going a half a block, then a left, then the first street on the right about two blocks down....that corner. Did not help with directions or taxi cab to and from hotel to train stations.

Location was perfect and the room was spacious and clean. Fairly priced.

The receptionists were not attentive.I’ve asked for a coffee to buy from the reception and she asked me to pay there directly with card or cash, I’ve asked her to put the bill on my room number or alternative, I can bring the card from my room after I drink my coffee, but she refused.

Location ,a bit far from the real center

liked the room — it was spacious, not narrow at all. It was convenient to open the suitcase, and there was a balcony. I really enjoyed the breakfast: everything was tasty and nicely presented.

What I didn’t like was the location. It wasn’t very far, but still quite far from the city center.

Location was excellent. The room was for the price very good.

The beds are uncomfortable. They make a loud rustling noise when you move around. The breakfast did not have many options. Was a very basic one. I couldn't say that I was excited for it in the morning.

The bathtub pipe was "shaky" and hard to turn on and off.

The staff was very friendly and they were all english speaking! We also loved the breakfasts, so so delicious and there was variety too. The location is also awesome. Would definitely go back to budapest and book the same hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Also it was quiet during nights. And the room had an awesome view.

Great location, walking distance to most of the sightseeting. Great value for money, breakfast also was good.

The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and the day we had to leave at 3:30am to catch an early flight they left our breakfast to take with us at the reception area. The location was great as well, stop number 8 of the hop off hop on bus. Finally, our room was also great, we had a nice view of Jokai ter and it was spacious (triple room). I will be back to Hungary and to this hotel.

The breakfasts were included in the price of the accommodation, and the breakfasts were bountiful with a lot of variety, delicious foods. The bed was ccomfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the major attractions in Budapest. Also the staff was very helpful and attentive.

There was an odd smell in our room even after cleaning services. Budapest never sleeps, and because of the hotel's central location, it is pretty noisy outside in the middle of the night. For people using a wheelchair, the ramps are pretty steep.
