Expo Tower Hotel by Mellow Mood Hotels

Rooms and breakfast. Staff was great too

The A/C, good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

It was disappointing that both restaurants were closed considering there?s nothing in walking distance.

quiet, nonsmoking, clean, kind personnel

the location is far from the center; it's advisable to have a car.

Excellent hotel, close to airport

Nice staff.

Not really sound proof, asked for a quiet area and was next to a room with barking dog and staff entrance for cleaners. Sauna didn't work, seems a bit overpriced for a 3+ star hotel that advertises as a 4 star.

The restaurant's food

Bathroom soap, very cheap feeling and rusty garbage can.

The receptionists are great as well as the personnel in the bar & restaurant

Grumpiness & grouchy of one of the staff in the breakfast area

The location overall ?

The price was very fair for the quality offered. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and truly relaxing, making the stay comfortable and restful. Overall, an excellent value for money and a wonderful experience.

Location ( if you’ve a car ) Quite comfortable cozy hotelFriendly staffGood WIFISpacious roomGood breakfast

Location ( if you depend on public transportation ) No nearby shopping locations Old furniture Small beds

Some of the excercise equipment was in poor shape. The cables were frayed on the universal machines and the bicycle would not turn on.

Location, good food, pleasant and modern room

Sky Bar unavailable because of private event on Saturday evening! I planned the stay in the Hotel with Saturday evening at the Sky Bar for enjoying the view on a drink there. However, we found out in the same day that one of the staff member have his Holliday party... Happy 40-th BDay!... but next time let the clients know beforehand that one of the hotel facility will not be available, so we have the option to plan something else!

Nice room

The bathroom needs some repairs (rust in the sink and shower). The soundproofing was very poor. I could hear what the people in the room in front were doing…at 2 a.m… The gap below the door might be the issue.

Really nice facilities, gym and bar on spot.

Would be great since you are already paid for the pet fee if they can put little plates in the room

Exceptionally clean. I’ve been to many hotels, and this is one of the top in this regard. Kind reception and overall a great hotel. Closest hotel to Hungexpo. Many foreign visitors.

It was recently renovated but it feels like a mixed work. Water is leaking from the shower, and the water makes a weird scratching noise inside it. The wall is full of scratch marks, I guess because of previous guests. Some elements in the bathroom are showing their age, even though they are premium materials. These are all fine for me and I wouldn’t give less scores for this, I just find it funny that these weird issues are present

Clean room, comfortable beds and amazing breakfast

AC wasn't working properly and the shower temperature was inconsistent

Everything else, but the floors, was pretty clear, nice and comfortable.Very good location for any choice of destination to visit Budapest. ?

It should be personal sleepers for every day use because the floor wasn't very clean. The breakfast is not so various.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

The restaurant for breakfast was pretty small for such a big hotel. You have to wait for someone else to finnish their meal so you can have a table.

The staff was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC was always on to keep the room cool at the desired temperature.

The conditions seemed closer to 3 stars, rather than 4. The bathroom was a bit old and in need of a redo. Some of the towels looked like they should be replaced with new ones. Was expecting better conditions overall at this price point.
