- Nothing all good for the price
- Could be cleaner but it was good enough to serve basic needs.

Staff (Azalia (who checked me in) and Mohammed Jasim were very helpful with explanations, recommendations, responses to requests and hospitality ????. The location, equipment, supplies size and security are super.
Front desk staff is extremely helpful - gave tips about sightseeing and recommended really good spots for food. Location is very convenient as it is in the middle of multiple bus lines. Close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Sleeping accommodations and bathroom are basic but that's all you need when you're out and about.

The room was on the ground floor of a courtyard building, about a 10-minute walk from Kálvin Tér.From there, you can either walk to the old city or take public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a kitchenette, though we didn't use it since we only came back to sleep. The room was more than enough for a short stay and would be convenient for longer stays as well.We visited Budapest during what was probably the hottest week of the year in August (around 35°C), yet the room stayed very cool, and we didn't even need the AC. The reception lady was very friendly and sent us a list of recommendations for the city, which was very helpful.
The windows faced the courtyard and were covered with contact paper for privacy, so there was no view. There was a jacuzzi, but we preferred to take a shower, and the lack of a curtain made the floor messy.
The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She gave us lots of recommendations for sightseeing spots and restaurants. The room was spacious enough, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe as well.?
Nothing in particular
staff was exceptionally helpful and walk me right to the apartment and explained how everything worked. Also had great suggestion on dining and what to do. Place was an exceptional value in a great area on a quiet street with small cafés and coffee places just feed away
staff very helpful and it was clean, location was good
the tramline was very close causing noise, no big deal since it doesn't work during night
Room is good, clean and the view is awesome.
The entrance is quite dark lack of light. The lift is not bad it is too old.
The accommodation was well located and connected to all areas of the city. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet. We were received really good by the staff and also provided with also things to do. So it was excellent
The place was quiet but we could hear the talks of the next room on the night
the location is very convenient, the reception man is very helpful, the room is big and well equipped
the cars and trams passing on street may be a bit disturbing in the evening, since the room is facing the street
This was a great choice for us! We will absolutely come back. Very helpful staff. Excellent location, close to anything you could need. Transportation, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Can get anywhere very fast. Loved it! Great value for the money!
The location is quite secure, and indeed central. I walked everywhere without any problem, but it is also very well connected to public transportation. The airport bus stop is diagonally across the street, inexpensive and super easy. My room was large, and the massively high ceilings and windows made it seem even grander. The staff was kind and polite. The price was excellent. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
Great communications prior to arrival. Lovely room with everything we needed, really convenient location. Extremely helpful staff.
The stuff was very friendly location was very good and also I have a beautiful view from my window. The hotel was a little bit old, but it was clean and especially this stuff was very helpful
The location is great. The center is really close, St. Stephen’s Bazilika, The Parlament, Old City, State Opera (all of it walking distance max 25min. The room was amazing (old Budapest style) with a view of National Museum. The Staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Was clean and the location is perfect.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbour does. The cleaning ladies were super loud 8.30 in the morning.
After writing a super long complaint list, I think it would only be fair if I mentioned the upsides. The room was clean and tidy, and there was enough storage space.I also turned out to like the location of the room more than the apartment where the reception was* (check the complaints). I had three physical keys: of the street, apartment, and room, which felt sort of safer than an automatic card system.A lot of useful stuff was in the room too: a mini fridge, a kitchen area, kitchen utensils (there is even a strainer if you wanna make pasta, bottle opener, scissor, some tablewear etc) a microwave, electric stove, washing machine** (see the complaints for this one), drying rack for clothes, hairdryer, coffee machine (with coffee capsules and water on the house), dish soap, sponge. The TV was working (I watched so much YouTube lol) and being able to make my own coffee in the morning was really nice.More importantly, the location was good. It is fairly close to the subway (6 min walk). If you want to go out at night you can also walk to the bars just in 10 minutes. There are restaurants on the main street, I missed the vegan restaurant with the local menu because I realised it was closed on the weekend, but that seemed like a nice option on the street. This is all I can think of for now.Again, if it didn't look like an accommodation that was a "hotel" affiliated with the museum, my preference would be different, and I'd know what to expect. But the room itself wasn't very bad after all.
To be honest, if I had known this was not a hotel but an apartment kind of room, my expectations would be much more different. The room itself wasn't bad, but to start off, especially as a solo traveler, those windows freaked me the f out.The main room window looks to the outside and it was ground floor so it made me anxious but there were double windows and it didn't open much ?. If you wanted to let some fresh air in the room that might be bad but honestly I was way more worried about safety so it was better for me that the windows didn't open and there were curtains. But the bathroom window! God, I hated that window! There were no curtains, it was frosted glass but when it's dark outside I was worried the bathroom was visible. It literally took me days to figure out where that window faced (and I'm still not sure tbh) but I guess it looked into the storage room of the flat. It stressed me out on an EXTREME level while taking a shower, which I should mention separately.Because I thought this was a hotel (I guess most of the accommodation in Budapest is renovated old apartments, but again, if I had known this, I would reconsider my choice) I chose a place with a bathtub to relax instead of a regular shower. I regretted that choice every evening, lol. I mean, the place was clean in general, but I couldn't feel safe about anything for some reason. Also, the apartment I stayed in was not actually in the apartment where the reception was. It was almost a 10 min walk from there.*They told me the rooms in the reception's apartment were automatically housekeeped, but I could just let the reception know if I wanted housekeeping any morning and the cleaning ladies would come housekeeping that day. I didn't really need housekeeping, so I didn't ask for that, but I think they would help if you wanted.Lastly there is a washing machine** in the room but there was water in it? I started it empty just in case though it felt kinda wasteful.
Mohammed on reception was lovely! And gave me great recommendations!Great location. Airport shuttle drop off across the road. Tram, metro and bus stops very close.
