Center location and near shopps

Left my cloths in the washer and the cleaning staff trashed all out instead of leaving in front office or secure location.

No usb ports to charge phones!

This was our 2nd time at the hotel, the location is prfect, close to every place you can think about, the staff is kind and helpfull and the apartment was gorgeous!

There was a lot of space in the rooms and the location was super good. Very easy to get to and from the Airport Express bus from the location . Absolutely loved it and the staff was very nice and helpful and overall laid back and cool to chat with . We loved that we had a warm welcome especially as we had booked this location as part of our month long world visiting honeymoon.

Location is the biggest advantage George from the reception was so helpful (the best)

Cleanness should be if not on daily basis but a least after two days of visit sheets must be changed .

The space and the combination between an apartment to a hotel. The room was big and equipped with all things as if it was home, washing machine, dishwasher, oven coffee machine. And in addition we got cleaning services and a wonderful buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

The room was clean, very spacious. The staff is lovely, kind, answering every question with a smile. The breakfast was excellent.

One evening at 9:30 PM, the water in the shower was cold. When we told the staff, they said it was a busy time, so there was no hot water. We had to check if there was hot water before we showered.

Nice and quiet apartments in the heart of the city.

Somewhat awkward access to the hotel's underground parking. In the welcome letter they wrote that we could park at Level -2 upon arrival, THEN go to the reception for check-in. This, however, was not possible. Access to Level -2 was blocked with a bar gate, and we had to run to the reception to check-in AND to get the access card for Level -2 parking.

Hotel at good location, was close to all center of city attractions and shopping. Very close to the AirPort shuttle E100, so it easy to get there fromthe airport. Appartment is well kept , big and clean.Breakfast was rich and good. Thanks

Nothing much. Need some patience with the elevators.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible, with well-maintained furniture. Cleaners can be requested to freshen up the apartment. There is also a paid laundromat on the ground floor, which is very convenient.Staff is friendly and accommodating.
