Location is a bit off if you prefer walking especially in winter.

Honestly the staff was amazing so helpful so polite and professional specially Daria in evening shift and Balas in morning.Wonderful attitude and help for all questions of the trip.

Nothing Just small more attention to cleaning would be perfect but small things no need to focus on

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, even when we arrived at 2am. Rooms are nice, big, well fitted. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and neat. Breakfast was good, lots of different food to choose from with something for everyone

Hotel garage is closed 00-06 but the receptionist pointed us to a garage 400m away which is 00-24 but we had to pay on exit.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, and it really felt cozy and welcoming during the New Year period — a lovely place to feel at home while celebrating.I especially want to thank Daria. Even though she didn’t check us in, she was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Her kindness and positive energy truly added to the festive, home-like atmosphere and made our stay even more special.Thank you for making our New Year stay so pleasant!

All the comfort and privacy of a standard hotel but with an amazing breakfast!!!

The noise from street nearby.

This is a nice hotel and not really far from sights in Pest and manageable to/ from the metro. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and since it's buffet style there is as much as you need to eat. Rooms were good, but the hotel is on a every busy road and so the rooms at the front side suffer from a lot of traffic noise. We are not used to this and asked to moved to the other side which the staff were able to do and were very nice about it. In fact the staff were very friendly and helpful in all cases.

Traffic noise at all hours, if your room is at the front of the hotel. Worse still ambulance sirens very frequently and very loud. The courtyard facing rooms are fine though.

The location is a very strong point, easily accessible, by metro, bus, and train as well. The breakfast had a good variety, with continental and typical Hungarian dishes as well, it was delicious. The blackout curtains really made a difference, with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was also spotless. I would highlight the bartender, who was knowledgeable, and super friendly. early check in and check out was also possible, staff was flexible.

I would just improve the communication about the late check out. The front desk confirmed the late check-out until 12:00. However the cleaning lady came to the room at 10:30, asked me what time I am going leave ( this was even before the official check-out time). Around 11:00, I received a call from the front desk, asking about the check-out, apparently the morning shift did not get the note.

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by constant noise. The hotel is extremely noisy due to its location on a main street — traffic noise and car sirens are very loud and active 24/7. In addition, the housekeeping staff starts cleaning very early in the morning (around 7 a.m.) and is quite loud: talking loudly in the hallways, slamming doors, and due to very poor sound insulation, it is impossible to sleep when rooms nearby are being cleaned.During the night and late evening, there are parties in the hotel with very loud music, shouting, and jumping, which makes rest and relaxation impossible.The breakfast was also disappointing. Although the selection was wide, the food lacked taste. A smaller selection with better quality and flavor would be a much better option.

The staff at front desk were very nice and the staff at breakfast were very nice. Breakfast has a nice variety and is excellent.

Big lobby with a lot of light. There is a spot for taxi near entrance. Stuff are really friendly. I called room service and they delivered bottle of wine and 2 coffee pretty fast. Also coffee were good. The place is fully pet friendly. We travelled with pug.

From parking there is no elevator only stairs to lobby, so be ready if you carry big bags. Also if you are smoking, in hotel there is no place for it but there is a spot near entrance.

Very noisy & cold

Really good, clean and comfortable hotel. Amazing staff and the breakfast was amazing as well.

The location is convenient, a few minutes walk to the metro then just a few stops from the city center core. Next to the Keleti train station is nice if you plan to do some day trips or travel to other countries from there. It's great with a few supermarkets closed by as well. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Anything broken in the room and missing supplies, they'll send someone quickly to resolve it.

The room was not the cleanest. I found a few hairs and a couple of marks in the bathroom. The hotel did some renovation and the room looks updated but some of the furniture are quite old. The area is ok during the day but need to be mindful there're some homeless/drunk people hanging around in the evening. Also, there's no decent restaurants, only fast food places.

Location, rooms don't have carpeted floor (which caused me allergy issues many times), there is a fridge for personal use

Location - if the room is in the inner side of the building, frequent siren noise from the streets won't be a problem, but it may be for rooms on the external side.The noise within the building is insane - doors cannot be closed gently, but rather explosively by slamming them. I felt like I was in a war zone as someone would be closing doors every couple of minutes. The noise from neighboring rooms is also unbearable. Out of 5 accommodations I've been in so far, this is the worst one regarding noise. Either something is wrong with noise insulation, or this hotel attracts the most inconsiderate and rudest people one can encounter. Whenever someone passes or talks in the hall, you will hear everything, and believe me, you will hear that a lot. Heating didn't work, or should I say didn't work well enough. The room was pretty cold.A single night cost me just 15€ less than in Vienna, that is way too expensive.
