Great service, good breakfast buffet, great location

Lacking a mini fridge, better air dryer

The staff were mostly helpful, the location was brilliant and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. The showers were brilliant.

The room was very hot, the AC didnt work and the room wasnt cleaned throughout the whole stay. The coffee machines often didnt work and one member of staff was insistent that the AC worked when it obviously didnt.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady who helped me check in gave me several excellent recommendations for sights to see, places to eat, and local dishes to try. The hotel is located on a quiet street near a very lively area.

Our view was of a wall but we didn?t stay there much so not a big deal.

Central location, good breakfast selection, big bathroom, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We were given a small bottle of wine to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

It didn’t have a dedicated parking area, the shower was small.

The staff was excellent. All of the young ladies. The location is excellent close to everything. The housekeepers are very professional.

No fridge. I wish they could have a mini fridge for people that stay for more than 4 days.

Not worth of paying more than 600 euros for 4 days. The breakfast was poor and again not worth of 15 euros for one break

Brilliant location near many restaurants and within easy distance of two metro lines.

The bathroom wasn't entirely clean. Availability of foods, crockery etc. at break was patchy. The flashing light from the smoke alarm in the room was so bright, I had to use an eye mask, and I was awakened at 5am on the first night by people moving furniture on the floor above.

Fantastic location, clean and bright. Welcoming staff both at reception , meal time and cleaning.

The hotel was very central to all tourist attractions. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The beds were very comfy. The room was very clean.

I thought checkout @10.am. was too early. Most hotels have a checkout at 12. It was the first time I've seen a hotel charge for toiletries, e.g, hair conditioner, etc..
