I got an upgraded room. The receptionist was super kind. The bed was super comfortable.

The floor cleaning could be enhanced a bit.

Arrived early but room was ready! Zsaklin at the front desk was helpful and kind. Location was very convenient. Easy walk to City Park (thermal spa, Christmas markets, House of Music, Heroes Park), House of Terror museum. Room was clean and roomy.

Didn’t like the pillows-one was too puffy, other was lumpy. Room was very hot (easily remedied by opening a window ;) )

It was clean

There was noise all the time, a sound like doors slamming. We didn't have internet on the fifth floor or it was very, very weak. The ceiling in our room was very steep and short and I hit my head on the ceiling and couldn't sleep the first night because of the pain. The staff was not friendly at all and didn't care about our problems with the noise and internet problems or changing rooms. The housekeeper knocked loudly on the door at the crack of dawn while we were sleeping to clean the room. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Cleanliness and Location, I needed to be near Oktagon and My stay was there

we reseved a one room for two adulits, when arrived there , we were force to pay 188 zeloty more, becuase the hotel staff said booking make mistake and in fact we rent a one room for one adult. i dont know what mistake exactly happend, becuase in my documnet it was one room, two adults tow night, but in the hotel staff document it showed one room, one adult, two noights. i know it was cheating but finally i paid 188 zeloty more. i am not happy with that.

Great location—just a 5-minute walk from the main metro line. The place is very clean and feels new, good breakfast included.

The personal could be more friendly.The room is quite small and the amenities are minimal.

We heard loud noices from the cleaning trolley early in the mornings-numerous times. I did not find the pillows comfortable but that is probably just a matter of preference.

The rooms are slightly outdated, but still of reasonable quality.

When we first arrived we'd had a very long day and Rita(the receptionist) was lovely with her calming and helpful manner. We ended up taking a nice drink in the hotel bar, which is open 24/7 by the way, and even the first minutes in there were lovely. She also helped us with her recommendations about the city. David(the other receptionist) was also very nice and helpful when we asked about the transportation, etc.The room was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. The location was not exactly in the center(at least the places we visited) but you can reach places fast enough.

The reception was very helpful. Especially David and Marry (or Linda, forgot the name)

I recently stayed at Six Inn Hotel. It's not located in the city centre, but it’s easy to reach with bus and metro stations nearby. The hotel itself is quite small, and the rooms are very compact. One downside was the lack of basic bathroom amenities, no shampoo or proper shower facilities were provided.On the bright side, the breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of both hot and cold food, which really made up for the other shortcomings. Overall, it's a decent budget-friendly option if you're mainly looking for a place to sleep and enjoy a good breakfast.

The rooms are very compact. Lack of basic bathroom amenities and lack of electric kettle.

Quiet hotel in the middle of downtown Budapest. Everything was okey

The most popular items during breakfast ran out quickly, pancakes, some breed types, apple juice etc. The coffee machine was poor, more like water with cofee taste then coffee

Incredible service! Rita was extremely sweet and compassionate, she even went out of her way to deliver me breakfast earlier due to my early departure. The room was spacious, it’s worth the price in my opinion!

The room was nice. It was small but comfortable. It was very warm in the room and quite stuffy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fine. If might have been nice to have a kettle in the room. Breakfast was great - there was a good selection of everything and the staff kept refilling when something ran out. Staff at reception weren't very helpful. We were there when it was Hungary's National holiday and when we asked about what activities were available, the lady in reception said she didn't know and didn't offer any advice on where to find any information. The location was good. Good links to public transport.

I really liked the hotel. Rita and Zsaklin the receptionists were always kind and ready to help. Even the breakfast was very rich. Everything you need, also for vegetarians or vegans :). On top I liked that they had a sauna with a nice pool
