- What a gem of a hotel! Perfect location within walking distance to everything and right next to the cathedral. Bang for your buck and made the Condé Nast list which I didn’t know when I booked. Beautiful facility with a great spa and complimentary tea service in the evening

Liked EVERYTHING about the hotel.
Everything was superb and loved the staff, facilities and location.
From the morning smiles to the splendid views from the rooftop, this hotel has it all.
Great location, excellent facilities. Helpful and kind staff. Love the pool and sauna
Pillows were too soft
Perfect location, perfect atmosphere, excellent food
The mattress was to soft, I think it should be replaced
Spacious roomGreat breakfastRight on top of the basilica (and the bells didn’t interfere at night)
Depending on your plans the location is either great (basilica, Budapest eye…) or just ok (if you plan to spend allot of time in the Jewish quarter, most places are 10-15 min walk which we’re going ourselves repeating a few times a day)
Location, staff & excellent facilities! Also, afternoon wine & cheese!
Everything was perfect! Polite staff, amazing amenities, especially the spa and pool. This hotel did NOT disappoint! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff bends over backwards to help you in any way you need. We left another property because it had awful staff and this hotel got us a gorgeous room, discounted!
Nothing. It is PERFECTION!
Location, friendly staff, cool decor, happy hour.
Pricey
The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the afternoon music with wine and snacks. The rooftop bar had a great view of the cathedral. The location was perfect for exploring.
No complaints
Beautiful hotel…amazing breakfasts…fun wine and cheese with live music every evening
Delicious Decor, Superb Staff. Great Happy Hour
Everything was perfect !What a beautiful, romantic hotel !Absolutely loved the piano, live music and complimentary cheese between 4 and 6 pm.Breakfast was one of the best I ever had. Breathtaking view from skybar !
Nothing!
The bed is very comfortable The bathroom is great The staff is helpful and courteous always with a smile. Variety and delicious breakfast.
When there is a perfect roof terrace with an endless view of all of Budapest, why is breakfast served in the closed lobby without windows. The hotel scene is music The expectation of guest performances Unfulfilled. There is no daylight in all the rooms that face a dark inner courtyard!!! Give up the old, allergenic carpet in the rooms, locally produced Eger parquet will create sufficient warmth.
The staff was exceptional, from front desk to bell staff to cleaning staff. Always personable and always very helpful. We very much appreciated the boxed breakfast in the wee hours of the morning before our taxi ride to the airport.
We have no notes of discontent to convey. Really, a superlative experience at your hotel.
Very design hotel right in the center of Budapest surrounded by the cathedral and a multitude of restaurants. They were kind to upgrade our room so we could stay on the same floor with the room of our boys so that was really appreciated.Rooms have all amenities and extremely comfortable. You can connect tv to Netflix.Breakfast was basic but good, thank you Jason for being so helpful at breakfast.Wine and cheese and live singer everyday in the afternoon was a delight.Roof top bar very nice too
Honestly no negatives for this hotel except what they wanted to charge for a car ride to the airport which exceeded anything we paid in major European cities. I booked myself the ride on Bolt app.
Staff, service and cleanliness all to a very high standard. Location excellent.
The location was central to all main attractions, the rooms were spacious and comfy, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Marta. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snacks during the hot afternoon was a nice addition.
BEAUTIFUL! The hotel, the staff and the pillows. I would only stay here over and over again. Ohh and the breakfast absolutely delicious, right in the heart of Budapest.
Absolutely nothing, it was a great hotel & experience.
