Great central location! Friendly staff and great breakfast.

There was a food smell in my room ( on the 3rd floor ) , probably through the ventilation coming from the kitchen in the basement. No mini fridge in the room.

Breakfast was really good and varied! The Goulash served at the restaurant was AMAZING. 2 minute walk to Metro station and easy to get around town.

Breakfast Room Cleaning

Stylish architecture in a central, upscale district of town. Breakfast is great - apart from the standard offerings, they also offered free sparkling wine (!) and a limitless cappuccino/latte machine.

WiFi may perhaps have been a bit faster.

The hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel with a relatively small number of rooms, which creates a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.Starting with the rooms – they are spacious, equipped with a wardrobe, a desk, and of course, a TV. The bed itself is very comfortable.Breakfast is excellent – personally, I’m fine with just bread and butter, but there’s a great selection available.The location is quiet, right on Andrássy Avenue.

I did have a couple of specific issues:•The pillows were super, super, super soft, which made it quite hard for me to fall asleep at night. They’re really, really soft – so keep that in mind.•The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t great – not a major issue, but worth mentioning.

Farther away from the main areas, so transit time was longer getting to/from most places we wanted to visit.

This building used to be a Manor for a Budhapest aristrocrate. The metro station a block away. The breakfast area is very cozy. They have a lot of options for breakfast. You tend to over indulge. The staff is so friendly. I booked the tickets for the bath house and for the evening river cruise.

The location for us was perfect! We could walk to the Széchenyi Baths - there was a subway station very close by, in addition we are walkers and walked places from the hotel.The breakfast was very good, and very good coffee/espresso which is so important.

The hotel is beautifully designed, we had a spacious room with a lovely balcony. The room and bathroom were always clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast is just amazing. We also had our dog with us with whom the staff was very friendly and she could spend some time in the front garden with us.

The location is great, the rooms are impeccable, great job to the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast is also perfect with great waiting staff.

We had very bad experiences with one staff member who was particularly rude to us in every encounter each day of our stay. She was a blonde woman with glasses. She should not be in the service and hospitality industry the way she treats people with anger and annoyance over minor requests or questions.

a gem of a hotel, away from the city buzz, but in a beautiful district. nicely renovated old building, convenient paid parking in front of the hotel.

the ventilation in the bathroom not working or not efficient.tea spoons for having the breakfast cereals. too small even for kids :)

Cosy boutique hotel in a beautiful area, great breakfast with good coffee and a variety of different food. The beautiful garden is a very nice place for a breakfast or just hanging around. Modern rooms offer absolute comfort.

Maybe a refrigerator would be usefull, but we managed also without it…

The hotel is conveniently located near hero’s square and the city park, which offers a beautiful setting for a walk or a run. The M1 metro is just five minutes away, providing direct access to the city centre. The hotel’s décor is elegant, and the staff working at breakfast and restaurant were helpful and friendly.

Like other reviews have noted, this hotel has a problem with customer service. Throughout our stay, the staff we interacted with were minimally polite, and some lacked a problem-solving mindset.The most frustrating aspect was the malfunctioning air conditioning. Every night, the system automatically switched from cooling to heating, making us wake up sweating around 3 AM. When we raised the issue with the front desk, the morning staff insisted that there was no issue from their server and responded in a patronising manner. She also seemed eager to make the interaction personal. A manager eventually engaged the second day and acknowledged that their AC was undergoing seasonal adjustment and moved us to another room (but the same problem persisted). However, when we mentioned the rude treatment by his staff, he showed no interest in understanding or addressing it.Facilities: The room did not match the images shown on the hotel’s website or booking platform. When we pointed this out, we were told it was “normal” for the property.Cleanliness: While the room was clean overall, there were visible hairs on the sheets and pillows, which is almost an minor issue for this stay.Overall, the combination of disrespectful service and repeated discomfort during the night really took away from our holiday. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Room js clean by every day you stay there. I can say everything is just fine. And one employee from cafeteria we miss him, that was a very lovely man.Property close to park and parking on street is not that much pricey.

Machines for drinks are just by jetons.. but you can buy them 24/7 so it’s not that bad.

nice hotel, a bit further from the center, but close to other interesting places (Heroes Square, Vajdahunyad Castle). clean rooms, good wifi, tasty breakfast. we will choose this hotel again :).
