environment was very good public transport was at door step, city centre was not very far, had a good memorable stay

lifts was not coming to the floor either it was up or down

The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant located within the hotel was very classy with delicious meals at a very affordable price. The room was clean and there was free parking on the street. Free wifi as well with good reception from our room

Good experience, receptionist, night auditor was very helpful, called for me local hospital helped a lot thanks to him my mother is better. I recommend this place.

The hotel's restaurant offers dinner from Monday to Friday inclusive. The chef and waiter who serves during this period are exceptional. Almost all the staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The room is large, equipped and according to the description.

Our bathtub was not the most comfortable, being very high.

All the attendants were really kind and helpful! It was amazing that they have adaptor for the outlets, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to charge our phones. There are bus stops really close, furthest we went to was about 3 minutes from the hotel. We easily came back in the middle of the night. There’s a kitchen, with a minibar and stove! It literally has everything and for a good price!

The room was nice, spacious and quiet. Good connection to the center by bus which was easy to use thanks to the adorable receptionist who was very kind and helpful with everything we could ever ask for. Bus tickets are also sold in the hotel lobby which is convenient.

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Central location in Buda part, with bus station just in front of the entrance. Amazing staff helping in everything may be needed!

The staff is exceptional, very pleasant and friendly. That’s probably the only thing that justifies such high rate. Our room was spacious and very clean, enough space for a couple with a baby.

The hotel is not accessible. Stairs are everywhere, the elevator stops mid-floor, so not very convenient for a stroller or wheelchair for example.The breakfast is merely ok, not worth 15€ er person. The bed wasn’t a double, but two singles, and the mattress too soft. It was ok for one night, not sure for more than that. It takes quite a while for hot water to start flowing.

The room itself was fine - clean and while somewhat older fashioned it was comfortable, decently maintained, and, importantly, warm.

Wi-fi was shocking. I was there for business and was on the top floor. The wi-fi would not work up there and despite a number of attempts with hotel staff to fix it, I was wi-fi less unless I was happy to work in the downstairs hallway (I wasn't). Three days into my stay I decided to move hotels as I could not work there without wi-fi, and, all of a sudden I was offered a new room. Too late - why was this not offered on the first evening or the 1st full day?The other concern was traffic noise as, although I was on the top floor, I fronted the main road and the traffic noise was horrendous from 5.30 AM onwards. Some investment needed in the way of triple glazed sound insulated windows.

Nice hotel.Comfortable bed, have kitchen in room, have laundry room in hotel.Stuff was very sweet and helpful. We like our stay.

Very good value, clean and well placed for bus services to the centre. We stayed in one of the apartments and we dined in with food from Lidl.

You have to be happy with an Eastern bloc hotel were services are functional. We liked the place

Staff was great & room was pretty. The price was nice. You have busses in from of the hotel, so don’t have to walk so much. ?I enjoyed the staff from reception cause he was speaking like 5 languages.. ??❤️He was pretty helpful and all the team was so nice and was willing to make our stay perfect! ❤️❤️❤️

No curtains in the bedroom so could not sleep with the lights on outside when I said it to them they said it was to late and that I was checking out in the morning so there was no point in sorting the problem now, and at check out I asked for some water and was told I could drink the bathroom water they didn't sell any bottled water, and had the heating on in the room when it was 23° outside and air-conditioning was not working well

The hotel it is very well located, at the reception they provided very useful information about the city and the Buda and Pest sections, for people above 65 years old, public transportation is free. The hotel it is humble and comfortable. The best of the hotel is the help of the staff.

The restaurant was not available for dinner, it requieres a little bit of maintenance to make it look nicer,

The location of the property was good. There was easy access to public transport to the city centre and main places of interest. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and on arrival one of the staff took our luggage to our room. Breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection of food for all dietary requirements. It was a bonus to be able to use the washing machine. Although the room was spacious and comfortable the carpet was in need of a good deep clean.

The location was good, close to the Castle and bus stop.The room was spacious.

Traffic and fireworks were noisy.The rooms were hot. The shower head needs to be attached to the wall.The stairs were difficult to manage with suitcases.
