The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The parking was easy and secure. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and gym were nice, added bonuses. Walkable to many different things.

The apartment looks really nice, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but we had almost the same food everyday.

We were traveling with our dog, a french bulldog and even though we paid 25 euros extra per night, we weren’t notified about the rules. On the first morning we went to breakfast with our dog, he was well behaved under our table, no guest was disturbed.On the second morning a lady from the kitchen was extremely disturbed that we had our dog with us, and she just looks at me with a judging face and said “bring to the to the room now” without saying “hello, please or thank you”, as if I didn’t pay or the hotel was doing me a big favor by allowing me to stay. I understand if that’s the rule, but I expect the hotel staff to inform me before and nicely, not like I did something wrong and illegal.And the cherry on the cake were the other guests: almost everyone was sick, which is something we can’t control. BUT it is unacceptable to COUGH and SNEEZE all over the breakfast food, adults and children included. I am looked at as a criminal for bringing my dog which is considered “unsanitary” but adults sneezed, coughed and let their children do the same and even touch the food and put it back.We stayed for 4 nights, this the first day back home and I am already really unwell and showing signs of sickness. This is extremely frustrating because I am really careful and mindful and I got sick right before Christmas because people are selfish and don’t know how to behave in public.I would avoid this hotel just because of this.

The room was super spacious and very nice, comfortable and resourceful, we even did laundry there since the room had a small washer dryer which was super convenient. The location is very close to a metro line M1 so it’s easy to move around. Also there’s a gym with lots of stuff and a sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful, specially Berna and Agi!

A floor is being renovated so the elevator is protected with plastic, but that didn’t bother us at all and should be done in the next couple of months.

The room was really big and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a family.The personnel was beyond my expectation. Thanks.

The room was clean, good showers, near metro

The apartment was very spacious, much more then we thought. Two large bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has many facilities, including a large refrigerator (much larger than usually seen at hotel rooms) . There are two bathrooms and showers, and everything was very clean.Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, the inner courtyard is very nice.There is a metro station nearby, this metro line #1 takes you in a few minutes to the center (Deak Ferenc Ter area). If the hotel was located around that area it would be even better.

Amazing value for a family of four. The staff was friendly and welcoming and pre-labeled our parking spot in the garage (we fit an American Honda Pilot SUV, but it was a very tight fit). The hotel can also coordinate child-care which we didn't use this time but would like to try in the future. The hotel is close to the subway lines making travel in the city a breeze. Our one-bedroom also came with a washer in the bathroom.

It was spacious and comfortable.

The sofa and bed were a bit obsolete.

The hotel is great and well renovated. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was great and very welcoming and helpful.

May the only thing I would mention for improvement is a coffee machine:)

Great room, great location, good breakfast

Hotel is on great location, near the M1 subway station. Apartment was spacious, very clean a well equipped. Big windows offer a lot of light. Beds were ok.

Rooms could use a bit of small repairs (faucets for example). Also, furniture is a bit older, they could replace a few things... such as chairs and towels that are falling a part... It's not a big deal, but it's a 4 star hotel, some of the details should be better. Also, breakfast could offer a bit more variety.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and central area within a short walk of the city center. The room is large and spacious (45 m) and includes a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a large bathroom and a living room. There is also a balcony facing an inner courtyard. There is a cleaning service every day, including changing towels. The service is courteous and welcoming. I must especially mention the elderly receptionist who worked at night and was empathetic and kind and simply a lovely person.

Recommendation - The bath towels were clean but had a bad smell.

apartament was really nice. Big, really well designed and cozy, liked it a lot.Close to city centre by metro or bus.Quiet neighborhood.Parking was quite expensive - 16eur/day but it was nice & safe.

the air in the room was EXTREMELY dry! Room desperately needs an air hunidifier, otherwise very hard to sleep.Breakfast was minimal and not very well maintained.Out of the 4 nights we stayed the room was only cleaned in the first one.

Great location. Very nice and clean apartment room with all the facilities.

Breakfast was pretty basic with no vegan options except a little fruit and veggies. Room was nice however since it was on ground floor there was very little daylight so even during day it was pretty dark inside. No sitting option outside the room only in common area.

Very nice french style apartment hotel. Good location between the very centre and the museum parkEverything ok, we will be back when in Budapest. (Only minus was the lady on the breakfast who was so stressed that she needed to spray all the tables nearby and literally spray our plates with the saponate.:))
