K+K Hotel Opera

I liked the manager that was on duty that day Sebastian. He made sure that my wife and I were happy with the room by showing us the rooms. To me, that is the utmost thing that is important for me. He sold me the room, he cares.

I did not like a specific lady behind the desk who has no reason to be behind the desk because she is not customer friendly. I tried to avoid her as much as possible. Towels were not changed, trash was not emptied, dirty coffee cups were left on counters.

The location was EXCELLENT!!Close to everywhere and all supermarkets were close to it.

Old and shabby which I did not like.

Breakfast great. Location great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Appreciated having the option for coffee and tea in the room plus refrigerator.

One employee was a little curt, ironically the morning of the power outage (perhaps because of the power outage). We were just asking him where in the neighborhood we might find some coffee (not complaining about the power outage).

Location & price were great.

The breakfast was OK. Not enough food choices for someone that does not eat mean l meat. Pancakes, Frenchtown or frittata would be nice

The location was great, good value for money over all, the room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom.

When we were leaving and wanted to check out, the reception staff was surprisingly rude

All was good. The A/C didn’t work very good, so our room was warmer than we like. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.Staff was friendly and helpful and the dinner restaurant was good too. Good location for close by events and transportation.

Location was excellent.

The sheets don't fit the bed. The comforter was too small and did not fit the bed. The cleaning staff did not change our glasses and mugs for THREE DAYS!

Location was good, very center and close to places, but pretty much that was it. The whole staff was rude but one of them, don't remember her name, was very nice to us. After we complained about the service and dis-cleanliness she was very nice to offer us a one time breakfast on the expense of the hotel.

Our whole stay at this hotel, from beginning to end, was very disappointing. The check in process took a very long time and the staff was very unpleasant and even a bit rude. The room was with very old furniture and style, very filthy, the bathrooms were old and not cleaned. The beds were not comfortable, we requested one double bed yet got two separate beds. the bed itself very not comfortable and the pillows worse. The room, even though left a sign to be cleaned, was skipped to days in a row (which means three days with no cleaning). Even more so and to our shock, perfume was missing from our luggage and our stuff has been touched when not in the room. Phone did not work in the room which made us have to go down every time we needed help from the staff.

Strange repetitive noise from the heater.

Great location. Staff changed our rooms when our sink stopped working, so staff responded to this incident.

We had to change rooms since the sink did not work, but it took a day to respond to this issue. The towels and bedding were sub-par, which we found surprising. My friend had had knee surgery, and had a hard time going up the steps in the front with her suitcase. (There was no staffing upon our arrival to help). We were told to use the lift in the parking garage the next time?!

Very clean, fresh and comfortable room, easy accesible, very nice location (right next to the Opera), friendly stuff, excellent breakfast.

Location was the only good thing about the hotel

The room was very old, uncomfortable and small, the toilet room was very smelly, the breakfast was very disappointing (lack of a reasonable variety of fruits and vegetables, no fresh juices) and the gym was just ridiculously small and poorly equipped. The twin bed was composed of actually small beds put together creating an uncomfortable situation for a couple.

The hotel is in a central location.

Room service was poor. Most of the time the room was cleaned after15:30 , which made it impossible to rest.When we went to reception to ask for the room to be cleaned, they approached us arrogantly and claimed that the hotel had more then 200 rooms and that it would be done later.

Great location, friendly staff, and rather affordable. Highly recommendable.

Great location, just next to the Opera house and a metro station.The Room was spacious and the bed comfortable.The staff were nice and polite.

The towels could be of better quality - they were thin and a bit stiff. would have liked softer and thicker towels.The lighting was a bit low - specially if you want the curtains close (the window was facing other rooms, so had to close the curations to get dressed).

Great location, fantastic breakfast, and very comfy room.
