Hotel Zenit Budapest Palace

friendly staff.

The fact that there was no air conditioner in the room. I wish I had checked for this before reserving the room. It is also quite far from the airport (15 euros uber rie).

Price point. Very affordable and comfortable.

Hotel restaurant and amenities.

location-right across the street from Terminal 1. Was also super quiet! and they had a scale available for us to weigh our bags before we checked in at airport. Staff was very helpful and pleasant

Everything was great, facility, location, staff.

Great location and the hotel was clean. Staff was very professional and nice.

location

It dose not feel like a 4 star hotel. very basic.

Location was great. Close to walking street and the Christmas Market.

Location, very accommodating

Excellent location!

No view as the Marriott complex was a massive block.

The staff was incredibly kind, the location is perfect, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The cleaning service was acceptable, but there is room for improvement. While some cleaning was done, used coffee cups were not replaced, and complimentary items such as coffee and tea were not refilled. However, items in the minibar that were available for purchase were consistently restocked.Overall, nothing outrageous, but some improvements on the housekeeping side would make the experience better.

This is the best location u can get. In the middle in the centre but also very quiet rooms. Anything u want to c in Budapest or visit, is in range of 15 min from the hotel. We had the rooms for 3, and it was spacious and very nice designed. Wooden floors, high sealings, big windows. The stuff on the reception was nice, but on the other side, the girl working in the breakfast area was pretty rude to us telling us that we do not have breakfast included. Ok, it was true but the way she said it was inappropriate. The hotel doesn't have the parking, but u have option to park in the garage nearby. Hotel covers the part of the costs.

No parking.

Location was good. breakfast acceptable, room also acceptable.

nothing that I didn't like. just everything was minimalistic.

The location was perfect for walking around the city and very close to the Christmas markets. From the hotel, walk across the bridges to the Buda Castle and St Matthias church as well as walk along the waterfront to the House of Parliament. The Market building is also a manageable walk. The staff were friendly and always happy to answer questions. The breakfast options were delicious and gluten free was available on request.

The location is perfect. Very near shopping and Christmas markets.

I wish the breakfast buffet line up would change every other day. It gets tiring after the third day.

The location.

The rooms were very basic. No iron in the room or working hair dryer.

Great location & value … room well appointed and spacious

Best location, hotel is a bit old/historic or so, but overall the stay was good.

the bed was two single beds; this was not what we expected, but the hotel staff were helpfull and offered replacement.

Excellent location. Super helpful staff who were accommodating letting us store bags before room was ready. Very comfortable room, ours had an inner courtyard view. Daily room cleaning but we only requested towel change which was very fast and friendly.

Other guests were inconsiderate with their children running noisily through common hallway quite late at night.

The manager's attitude.The location.

The representative's attitude.

Very nice hotel, good bed and shower, very quiet , sound proof windows and excellent Breakfast Great gymWalking distance from metro and lots of sites

A bit hot in the room the AC didn’t work due to winter but we opened windows to ventilate
