The service we received was extremely disappointing. They did not respond at all to customer service calls or WhatsApp messages. The entrance process was complicated, the hallways were dirty, and the bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. The pillows in the room were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep. It took two days until someone even explained to us how to enter the complex. Outside, it’s confusing with no guidance. The smell of sewage was unbearable. I strongly advise not booking rooms here.

We received very good instructions from Gyozo prior to arriving so that we could get into the property when we arrived after hours. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It has a tea kettle, iron and hair dryer for convenience. Very close to walking to the Christmas markets and great shopping and restaurants within a few blocks. Gyozo was extremely helpful with suggesting restaurants and storing our luggage for our last day so that we could get food and do a little more shopping before having to leave. He checked with us every day to see if we needed anything and make sure we were good. Very nice and helpful! This was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

The facility is clean and everything same as the listing. Location is very good. The staff are amazing, especially Gyozo

I was truly shocked upon arrival at this hotel. The access was entirely code-based, with no reception available after 5 p.m., and my room door didn’t even have a proper lock from the inside. As a woman traveling alone, I never felt safe. Sleeping at night was very difficult under these conditions.Details like this should be clearly stated on Booking.com before anyone confirms a reservation. I would never recommend this place to a single female traveler.On top of that, the communication was excessive and overwhelming, far too much compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the experience. I was never introduced the breakfast neither the lounge.

Perfect location, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and cozy, for the price it definitely exceeded expectations

Horrible, stay away

This is the worst place i have ever stayed at.First the location is horrible, it’s in a dirty unsafe neighborhood full of drug users and homeless.Second the apartment is at the last floor of an old building that is in horrible condition, the elevator fits only one person without baggage.The bathroom smells really bad, the bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are paper thin.Someone is banging on the walls all the time and you can hear other people talking most of the time.The staff is nonexistent, you have to do an escape room situation with three different types of passwords and key locks.The staff doesn’t reply to messages, you can only message an ai agent We stayed for only one night and we couldn’t wait to get out of there in the morning.We asked to get a refund for the other night that we didn’t spend there because it was horrible the first nightNobody responded..

The room was clean when we checked in and the location is good

The reception was not occupied at all on Saturday and Sunday. The room wasn’t cleaned properly during our stay. There was no opportunity to lock our door other than shutting it close and the curtains didn’t close, so a lot of light came through. Wouldn’t stay there again

Near to all attractions Comfortable stay

Check in process was very stressful.The owner need to provide proper signage for location. Once you enter hotel in the late evening when no staff there, the lockers with lock doesn’t open easily to fetch access key for the room. The owner to replace them with good quality locks. I spent too much time unlocking them & finally i was offered cleaners master key :) Guys supported online over wtsapp but check in process was bit stressful

Good location, attentive staff. I saw that better hotels go for much higher prices in the area so I understand the relation of quality-price for this place is fair. That being said, it’s only decent. The rooms are fine but nothing is specially nice. The next hotel we stayed at in our following trip to Vienna was incomparably nicer for not much more a night, so this one is just okay.

Easy access to old town and Danube.

Smaller than pictures indicate. On very noisy street. Emergency vehicles blaring sirens multiple times day and night

Location was perfect and staffs were very friendly and helpful and nice. The bathroom was clean.

The room was furnished with the cheapest material. Bed was very uncomfortable. The window wasn’t soundproof enough that during the night we could hear public transportation passing every some minutes. We found entrance of the boutique hotel very difficult.

It was a fantastic experience. Even though the staff was not in the hotel, I could ask anything on whatsapp and got a reply in 1min.

Rude staff, no cot, no parking. Avoid avoid avoid

Really terribleלא היה אוכל. בנין מחריד ומוזנח קומה 5 מסובך להגיע חדר בלי חלון צוות שלא נותן שירות We booked this more expensive room without parking over another cheaper room that did have parking (travellers to Budapest will know parking is very difficult) as we wanted to have a cot. The staff were unbelievably rude, promised call backs which never happenedThe directions we received were wrong the staff couldn't direct us to the right place we walked around in the freezing cold with our exhausted baby, when we had been in the right place to start with but the lady we were talking to had no idea what she was talking about. Once we did find the room there was no cot to be seen. We are still awaiting contact regarding our partial refund.... we were contacted only once, to ask us not to post a negative review.

The room was really nicely decorated, it had a cozy feel and had everything we needed. It felt very secure and we were given clear instructions on how to get inside.

There was no natural light in our room

Suberb location, very close to everything and you could walk everywhere to the main attractions. Nicely decorated room and clean. We loved the balcony, the traffic noise didnt bother us at all (but you might wanna consider that when you book). We even saw the Memorial Day parade from the balcony when it passed. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a little hard to find (like said in the other reviews). Maybe there could be a little better instructions to locate the place. We also had a lot of trouble opening the building gate at night, fortunately there were always people coming out of the building and opening the gate.
