So clean and big

Room was clean and comfortable. Bad was very comfortable with many pillows to chose. Room is also equipped with water , free coffee and coffee machine in a small kitchen and small minibar with reasonable prices.

I liked everything about the place , so clean and the staff so polite and helpful really it was amazing stay .

This is a five-star hotel at the level it should be. The staff is exceptional. My 18-year-old daughter’s train to Vienna was terminated in Budapest because of bad weather, and she was left in the city with heavy luggage. I booked a room for her, and the hotel staff handled everything: they organized a transfer, escorted her to the apartment, fed her, and even allowed me to pay the additional expenses later by bank transfer. I am extremely grateful and will definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

The breakfast was very good and the location was fine. Access to public transportation was excellent. Two bathrooms was a wonderful luxury. The staff was just delightful and very helpful. A big plus!

Oh, nothing!

I have no idea how this hotel has such perfect reviews. In reality, it was awful.I have photo evidence of everything I'm going to mention!First of all, if you arrive after 5 PM, you have to check in through another hotel in the neighboring building, which is never mentioned anywhere in advance. I had to look for the entrance, call, and wait. That was the first red flag.When they finally showed me to the room, the lock was broken. Inside, everything was a disappointment:* No slippers. I had to ask and wait for them. They eventually brought a pair. It was unwrapped, just in someone's hands.* No paper towels, and the roll that was there was already half-used.* The bathroom fan was extremely loud and kept running for 5-10 minutes after turning off the light.* All the dishes were covered in streaks, clearly not washed properly.* JUST IMAGINE! The cleaner entered my room without permission while I was out! They took all my clean dishes and replaced them with the same dirty, streaked ones. I had to wash everything again. This is a serious privacy violation!!!!!* The shower was full of mold and mildew, especially in the corners and joints.* The kettle had limescale, the toaster was dirty, the microwave had crumbs, the carpet had stains, and there were hairs on the toilet.The whole place felt uncomfortable and soulless like an office, with cold neutral lighting, and several lamps in the bedroom didn't even work.There was no complimentary water, only an overpriced minibar.The service was terrible. I never saw a single person at the reception the entire time.I stayed in Room 4, and if the others are anything like it, this hotel shouldn't even be allowed to operate.Paying over 100 euro per night for this is absolutely absurd.What shocked me most was that someone entered my room without my knowledge or consent. Completely unacceptable!!!Don't be fooled by the perfect reviews like I was.I demand a full refund for my stay.

Great room. Lots of space and facilities for an extended stay. Having an extra bathroom was a great bonus.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Kozmo Residences Budapest beautiful apartments near the city center. The location is perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet still quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and stylishly furnished, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail, from the decor to the amenities, really made it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the responsive and friendly communication from the hosts. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing stay in the city! You can have breakfast at the nearby Kozmo Hotel or at the bakery around the corner. The apartments are wonderful and I'll be staying in them next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The accommodation exceeded all my expectations. Extremely friendly staff at the reception. It was so quiet that during the 3 days we did not hear any noise or other people. The space is extremely large and comfortable, decorated in the right style, with beautiful furniture colors. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean for 10! The apartment has all the kitchen appliances so you can make a complete lunch, if you want. They also have a dishwasher, dishwashing detergent. Highly recommended!

The room was large and nice. Silent and peaceful. Staff is excellent. Very professional and helpful.

It was so spatious, stylish and clean. In the 38-degree heat, the AC was a blessing!

We liked everything! Just a tiny suggestion for improvement: the thing on which the conditioner was fastened, was loose. And the toilet paper stands a bit rusty at the bottom.

The host at the residence was unbelievably helpful. Each day he was able to give us many tips and advice to help us through -out our entire stay in Budapest. Extremely patient with us, and able to provide succinct directions. The accommodation was prestigious and the apartment space was very generous. Very high ceilings, great bathroom and spacious living areas. Having the hotel next door was helpful for breakfast which was first class with first class service.

The television did not receive free to air TV.

So glad I found this in my search. It was everything I wanted and more. It's right next to the Kozmo Hotel. For extra fees, you can have access to the facilities at the hotel. I had breakfast the next day after I arrived. For 30 euros I didn't feel it was worth it especially because I have access to a kitchen and there are many local restaurants close by otherwise that price is standard for most hotels of its kind.Also, the reason I wanted an apartment was access to a kitchen. I have been traveling for about a month and wanted food made by me so badly. Unfortunately, neither Aldi nor any of the Spar stores I visited had any spicy pepper other than cayenne which has no kick to it. It was a bummer. Remember to carry your spice with you when you travel. Their staff were great. They were very responsive to any questions or needs. I hope to book a month-long stay with them because I will be back.

My only disappointment was that there were no condiments, not even salt, and not enough cooking tools. I guess they hope you don't cook. The reason most people would stay at an apartment is because they are a large group and it is cheaper than a hotel or/and because they need a kitchen to make their meals. I hope that the kitchen will be better stocked for people like me who need to make basic meals. For short-term guests, all you need are salt, some spices, and a small bottle of oil. I run this kind of business is why I know.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it! The room was spacious and felt more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, which made our stay extra comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Our request for extra pillows was fulfilled upon our arrival, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was a real highlight – the variety was incredible and everything was delicious. There was something for every taste, and we looked forward to it every morning!Last but not least, the hotel was near the metro station, which made getting around the city super easy.

If I had to mention anything that could be improved, it would be that on the first day, the floor was sticky and had a bit of a chlorine smell. Also, it would be helpful to have a small trash bin in the kitchen area, and a pair of disposable slippers would have been a nice touch.

Simply EXCELLENT! Everything was more than perfect. The size of the apartment, the decoration, tge location, the staff, the super high ceiling, the breakfast, the service, WOW!

We stayed between April 16–18 and were very satisfied with everything. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Even though we came as foreigners to your country, thanks to the staff’s warm hospitality and experience, we never felt like strangers. The way they described each place and answered our questions helped us easily navigate and enjoy our visual tour without any issues. Please convey my sincere thanks to each of them for this.The hotel overall had a very clean and spacious atmosphere. The building has been beautifully restored while preserving its historical texture. It has both a modern and characterful feel. The location is also very central and well-connected to public transportation, making it easy to reach everywhere. It’s a perfect place to explore the city from. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
