Hotel Rum Budapest

Great location--close to Jewish District, Central Market Hall, downtown. All very walkable. Room was modern and nice.

Thought rooftop bar would be open. Perhaps was closed due to the holiday week between Christmas and New Year's

The location was great.

The plug for the refrigerator wasn’t working. The chord on the hot water was too short to reach the outlet, so I had to use the hot water pot on floor. The beds weren’t comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our short stay. Love the central location.

I didn't like the glass walls to the bathroom. You could see the person sitting on the toilet from the bedroom. I wish breakfast were included.

Great location, clean and modern

The bed was rock hard, it was so bad we actually wondered was it a proper mattress or just a piece of foam on top of a wooden base. Additionally, our room on the top floor was beside some kind of building air ventilation system that was very loud regardless of whether the window was open or not. Maybe other rooms are better but we were disappointed.

Room was very small and really only good for 1 person. Location a bit far from all of the action. Staff were helpful

Breakfast reservations/time slots filled up fast, so often we had to miss breakfast as the only time slot was 7am.Breakfast menu offering was quite different to usual hotels, fussy eaters might struggle.

Two things that disappointed us was the very low water pressure that made for a terrible shower and the staff of the restaurant upstairs. The staff were grumps w no personality and over charged us and tried to charge us for our tap water too. Taxes added on are ridiculous.

No bar/coffee service at the lobby, no place to hang out while killing time, no table/desk in the room

The location is perfect.

The heating was not working, so it was extremely cold in the room. Very poorly designed bathroom door, glass and noisy. No slippers and if you use up your toiletries you pay for extra cotton buds...I've never seen this in a hotel of this level.

Beautifully designed hotel in an excellent quiet location but still central. Close to the metro but also walkable to most of the main sights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful and we had a delicious breakfast there.

Bed was a little firm but that's just my personal taste.

Not very clean, the wall was filthy and there was lumps of dust under the bed, curtains not clean.

The location was excellent. The room was light and airy and the breakfast area was beautiful.

It would be nice if the lounge area by reception could be an area where you could have a tea or glass of wine

Big room, great location 2 block from a walking street with shopping and food.

Tv had terrible reception, even after the maintence guy change a cabel.

Everything was clean, maintained, and organized. The room was huge! We ordered room for 3 people and it was really spacious. The staff were super helpful with any request and very welcoming. The location was amazing, 10 minutes walk from everything. It's really good value for money.

Great nights sleep! The bed was very comfy and the room was dark. The location was very central and easy to walk to key sights.

Only 1 coffee in breakfast price. Add this cost to the room and let people drink as much coffee as they want. The breakfast had too less opportunities but too fancy meals, offer additionally a simple sunny side up or scrambled eggs, etc, less is more.
