The hotel's location, easy access to public transport, the morning breakfast, and the friendly service from the reception and restaurant staff.

Room 210 had non-soundproof gypsum board panels, and I believe it was a recent addition, especially since there was a structural column inside the room.The room was connected to another room through a separate door, and I was on a family trip and didn't require such a room, as I had booked a month in advance.I requested the room be cleaned, but it wasn't done properly; the trash was still piled up in the bathroom.We weren't provided with towels for the bathroom the next day because they weren't available.

The location for our train to Brataslava the next morning was excellent Room with a view of the station lovely Staff very friendly and helpful when we arrived early off the overnight bus from Venice Lovely welcome and looked after our bags so that we didn't waste any time of our day

Very convenient to the train station and the breakfast was attractively presented.

Despite having prepaid for my room more than 6 weeks before, I was greeted with the beef to guarantee I wouldn't steal anything from the minibar by allowing an additional per person charge to my credit card. I trusted them with far more of my money for 6 weeks but they didn't trust me not to eat the M&Ms. Additionally, I was told there would be an extra charge for a 1 hour delay in check out. I can't say the staff was friendly or welcoming.The entire concept of a hotel inside of a clothing store strikes me as weird but I really thought having a huge building support piller in the middle of my tiny room to be even weirder.

Location was good. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were good. Trains and tram were right outside. Grocery stores are close.

Bathroom has no shelves for personal items. Everything had to be set on the floor. See Pics.The room is like any room in Europe. But the integrated storage to "move in" really lacked. They had shelves that were about a foot from the ceiling. See pics.Also the power went out in the room. The one person on site at night did not know what to do and had to be prompted to call his boss at home to get some direction.A little further review of the room, The smoke detector never had its orange safety cap taken off, which could hinder detection of smoke to alert in an emergency. I noticed this at the end of the trip. if I would have discovered this at the start, I would have asked for a different room. See PicsThe lobby is basically a clothing store. Although I knew this when I booked, the feeling is not a welcoming look when tired and returning from a day of exploring the city.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds.

The location is good, the room was of a good size, and nice view from the window.

What we loved most was the excellent location, which made it very easy to see the best of Budapest without having to move our luggage too far. The staff were also very kind, and the breakfast was quite good.

The Wi-Fi in our corner room was very poor—almost impossible to connect to. The mobile signal was also very weak, which made it difficult for us to access the internet at all. The bathroom and shower glass were mostly transparent, which might be fine for couples but not so comfortable for work colleagues.

This is a great hotel. It's location is directly across the street from the main train station. We did have a car and parked it at the shopping mall underground parklot. Very safe. About 25e per day. The room was very nice and modern. The ac worked well. It's was 100 degrees when we were there. The breakfast was also excellent. European with American options. The location is great for going anywhere in the city by tram, bus and metro. Buy the day pass. We will stay here next time we go to Budapest. 5 stars for sure.

Sunlight and lighting are things that give you a little think once inside that room :)

Amazing stuff! They allow us 2 hours early check in for we just landed, the receptionist understands we were very tired after the flight. Very friendly and professional stuff, room was clean and neat.

Clean, beds were comfy and close to train station.

Door of shower didn’t close well so much water escaped. Also shelves are dangerous as just at height where you can hit self.

Nice location, close to metro, tram, train station24/7 reception, they helped us to order a taxi, preparing breakfast and check out at 4 a.m. without charging an extra fee

The shower leaked every time it was used so we had to request extra towels to mop the floor everyday. The shower head was also loose so sprayed water when it was used. The floor mat for the shower was pushed away every time the shower door opened.

The ladies at the breakfast area all very nice,and very helpful when we needed some orientation help.The area is very clean,. food was the same every morning.

in the shower is no wash cloth,but there is not a little shelf so we can put our shampoo or sponge on,we had to keep everything on the floor,also is drainage problem all the water pouring outside the shower.The rooms are very small ,suffocating.By mistake we booked without paying more attention,our room window opening to the inside of hotel, very weird

The location was great. Right off the metro line.

If someone has a fragrance sensitivity they should NOT stay here. It seems they pump cologne not only into their common spaces but their rooms as well. It was overpowering & inescapable since the windows don’t open.

Very nice hotel, on the other side of the road from the Nyugati train station and a short taxi ride away from Keleti station. It is within walking distance of the city center and all its attractions. The room looks modern, mine had a huge window looking out on the square. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the shower was strong and hot, but easy to manage. The staff is very friendly, there's a 24 hour front desk. The (continental) breakfast was good, more than enough options. I had a very nice stay!

The only downside for me was that I could not open the window, so I was dependent on the air conditioning.

I liked how easy and simple it was you just show ID and your booking and then you get your room key and that was it simple and sweet when you're tired and just want to sleep and there is a friendly face there isn't much better

We arrived at midnight and I looked out the window and there was a mannequin in the hall and safe to say when it's midnight and you're tired and you see a massive silhouette of a person right outside your window you do get a fright
