The breakfast was tasty, good assortment, various foods.

The light is not managed with one common light switch. In most hotels, you turn on the room lights with the magnetic card of the door opener. But not here. When you come out of the room, all the lights must be turned off separately.

Location and staff. The staff is a high on the hotel, very polite and welcoming.

Very old, smell like old and the rooms are not very clean.It’s not that they don’t clean, is just very old and there are marks in the wall from luggage and they literally don’t clean it. The hotel literally smell like old.

I loved how close it was to the city center. It made getting to all of our sights so easy and fast.

It was clean enough to endure and stay there for a few nights, but there was an underlying grime. The first room they gave me had gross sticky stuff on the table chairs. I asked for a new room and they gave me one. The second one was slightly better, but you can tell they don't deep clean. There was dust and hair in a lot of the corners behind furniture and on the mattress under the sheet. The mattresses need to be vacuumed regularly. The chairs had crumbs in the crevices of the upholstery. The tray for the water glasses was dusty. The bedding, towels, and bathroom were clean, so I looked past the other stuff. One excellent thing was the breakfast. Hot, plentiful, and lots of substantial choices. Would I stay again? It's hard to say. I loved the price, the location, and the breakfast, but I just found a lack of cleanliness to be unacceptable. I'm not asking for a 5 star hotel. Just a clean one.

Location was great, price point was also very good. In general it is a very solid hotel just not something that will impress you. If you are looking for a center location with just about what you need, this is the place. A plus for room size too! And very friendly stuff which is also important.

It feels dated. That is the main thing I can say about why this is not a higher review on my side. But again, very lovely stay, everything was good and solid. Was perfect for what we need to our stay as it was only 1 day in Budapest.

The staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The woman who checked me me was a sweetheart.Helped me organize trips and metro rides.

The receptionist (i think her name was Eniko, who was just covering from other danubius property) was excellent. Very friendly , kind and helpful. I was impressed when I heard most of the staff speaking 3/4 languages.

The one thing i dont like and they can improve is the shower. Feels like its old and has to change or refurbish the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was good.

We preferred this hotel for its location and pricing, but there were some annoying things noted.

1) We had a nice room; however, the berdoom door could not be closed because one of the door hinges was incorrectly installed. Estimated time to fix this problem is 20-30 minutes.2) The bathroom shower drain was partially clogged. Consequently, we had to turn the water on and off several time in order to give time for drainage. Estimated time to fix this problem is 5 minutes. These are so basic problems, esaily fixable and this is why really annoying.

Location. Staff. Clean.

Towels were old. Carpet was stained.

Location was great so close to everything, shops, river and metro, room was fine, the staff were great always happy.

I really liked the position as it is in the city center and very close to both metro and tram/bus stop including the one from a to the airport

The staff were excellent friendly and always smiling nothing was a problem, location was really good close to everything.

The location is unbeatable, close to all attractions and public transportation! The room is comfortable and clean! The staff is helpful and friendly! Good value for the money!

Uncomfortable beds, sinks that clog easily, stuffy bathrooms… it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was adequate and a little small.

The hotel was a little older and could use some updating.

It was good but little noisy from outside late night drunk people screaming outside and was not noise resistant

Shower door was not easy to open or close and Shower bath was to high to take step inside and get outside anytime you can sleep and get body damage Shower flor was very sleepy

The location was fantastic. Very easy to get around the city either by foot, bus, tram, and train. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and hotel were exceptionally clean.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Also we were awakened one morning to construction noise during our stay around 8:00 am.

I enjoyed staying here. The mattress and bedding are extremely comfortable. I like the room furniture especially having a desk also a round table. The air conditioning is good and you can regulate it to your own liking. There’s a refrigerator in the room which is convenient.

The location is very good! Nice staffs and delicious breakfast.?
