It was old smelly and dump disgusting stains everywhere on the carpet

We didn¿t like anything. There was no hygiene at breakfast whole place is gross as in the building entrance it looks like a crack house

The hotel is clean and the staff is very polite.

The room carpet is old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise the place is clean.

The amazing hospitality, price and great breakfast! Perfect location for getting off of the train late!

Room is clean and spacious except the shower tab. Would have been better if it was a walk in shower instead.

Location is great, staff are friendly, heating system worked well.

Building is a bit dated, we need to use the PHYSICAL SIMPLE key to enter the room. Room was quite small, and we could not find the floor drain in the bathroom, so that floor was left damp all the time.

Smooth and fast check-in process. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Central location with different amenities close by, as well as metro, bus and train station. The Hotel has two spacious lifts which make it easier to carry luggage. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and warm (being winter) and very spacious. The kitchenette was well-equipped to allow small lunches to be cooked. The cleaning staff are very efficient and come to check rooms every morning. I am highly satisfied and would recommend this hotel completely.

there is no warm water in the hotel in mid december you are forced to have a ice bath before sleep, the door of the bathroom is broken and to travel with family its impossible

The location was ok as it was kinda central but the area was not very safe. Rooms were definitely not what we expected & none of our requests were met. It was very disappointing & for sure we would not be staying here again or recommending his hotel to anyone.

Sort of a transitional area, but we felt safe

The property is very close to almost everything, metro station, bus stop, grocery, restaurants. We love it. The breakfast selection is not much but the food is delicious. The croissant was amazing. We love it.

All fine. The location is the best part ,also the staff (reception) were so friendly and helpful. Sincerely better than expected. The view from my room was in front of Keleti Station and It looked perfectly perfect. I would recommend 100%.

The location right by the train station was great! Our second room was huge, with a wonderful shower, great view, and comfortable beds. We went away to a special event in Kaposvar for 2 days and they allowed us to store our 2 large pieces of luggage until our return. They then gave us a wonderful food with elevator access and a view.

Our first room was very small and up a flight of stairs. Tough on a 68 and 72 year old, but we made it!

The location is close to Keleti station and other public transportation. Breakfast was good. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property nothing … the surrounding a bit scary at night.

It was ok , bathroom was not clean , but bedsheets and towels were clean and room, breakfast was not good

No lift to 6th floor. Bathrooms need upgrading. Big step up to Bath, shower curtain rather than glass door. Basin with no where to put toiletries on vanity top.Breakfast was adequate. Very old building that needs smartening up Not good value for the expensive room rate.

I accidentally left my airpods in my room, since I was rushing to the train station… when I asked hotel administration to check and send me back, they simply replied “we did not find it”… this is horrible attitude… also, the walls very thin, you hear every single noice from the other room… also not clean enough

Very helpful receptionist and quiet at hotel even surrounding area was very busy.

Surrounding the hotel area, we did feel safe but hotel is very secure with 3 separate doors.
