The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was amazing.

I am shocked that this hotel is so highly rated! There is nothing “luxurious” about it. First of all there is no reception service. I wanted to book a hotel specifically to have a person on site that I could talk to. When I arrived the reception was closed and empty. I called the phone number and instead of talking me through the process, I was asked to start a chat on WhatsApp. I waited for the person to paste the directions for 10 minutes. Finally I got into the room and was immediately disappointed by the look and smell of the room. The shower wasn’t draining properly, the floor was stained by the never ending process of slowly drying water puddles and there was a strong smell of moisture. The tv had a bunch of cables hanging down from it and watching YouTube was almost impossible due to slow connection. When I complained about the smell I was told to open the window (it was 4 degrees outside)! I was not offered another room or partial refund. After I complained more I was promised that the issue would be fixed the next day. There was some heavy bleach cleaning done and it helped with the smell, but nothing else in the room was cleaned, no fresh towels, the trash bin was left full. In general I did not feel cared for, there was no courtesy or hospitality and the communication was very chaotic. The person responding to my emails kept misstating my arrival date, which was confusing and concerning. Definitely not worth the money I paid for my stay! Cherry on top was the 7 am WhatsApp message asking me how I liked my stay, when I was still sleeping in the room and then a pasted massage asking for a 10/10 review.

It was great, the room was clean, the equipment of the room, great location, the room met our expectations and we will definitely be happy to return there.

Great location, very comfortable room spacious and clean, I had a great experience very easy to use the self check-in with the instructions clear.

The location is great. In the city center, close to public transport stops and bus stop that goes to airport and from it. The room itself was very warm, the window faces yard which I didn't mind because it was peaceful. Communication with staff through WhatsApp was good too.

For me it wasn't a problem because I was alone but if you are travelling with a friend, just keep in mind that bathroom is separated by the glass which is tinted in some places but doesn't completely gives you a privacy.

Very good location as it is so close to everything we wanted to do! Especially markets if you are going around Christmas time. Room was lovely and spacious too.

Nice and clean room, central location. Very kind and helpful host, he gave me directions on places to visit.

Communication with host was very good from the onset to checkout, always keeping me updated and with very prompt replies. Host offered helpful information with places to eat and things to do. All in all host seemed really customer focused and wanting to make sure everything was ok.

Nothing to fault with the propertyor host.

Very nice and cozy place to stay in Budapest. The all is elegant and welcoming and the staff attention to the customer was also very much appreciated!Strategic position to reach all the attractions of the city.

Suite was really nice and modern and clean. The TV has Netflix which is awesome! Bed was comfy and bathroom was big, clean and modern.The host was great at giving us information via WhatsApp for check in and check out and also provided some great recommendations.The location is fantastic, only 2 mins walk from the St Stephens Basilica and other attractions as well as bars and restaurants. It is also really easy to get to and from the airport as the E100 Airport Express stop is literally 30secs away.

We really liked the property. At first we couldn't find the right location with google maps but then the hotel staff sent us the link. It was very clean and the location was great we were abke to reach everything by foot.

Location is excellent, communication from staff re how to find the accommodation and codes for key box etc was perfect, and the room was large and very comfortable. Bed was a great size, shower was excellent, and room was lovely and warm.

Everything was great. Only tiny thing that could possibly be improved would be to have thicker pillows/more pillows. Everything else was absolutely perfect though!

Property was 10/10, perfect location and such a lovely room too. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful too, couldn’t fault this place at all. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Budapest!

An incredible location, you won’t find a better location in Budapest! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Really easy access and great communication for checking in and accessing the room. No need to go to reception for check in. If you’re coming to Budapest, look no further ?

Nothing to dislike.

Our host was extremely helpful, approachable and friendly. He gave us great recommendations for visiting this city for the first time, also helped us arrange transportation to the airport and answered all my questions properly. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed .

We did not have a door in our bathroom and not much privacy for friends traveling together.

The room was very clean and warm, well equipped. And the location is very nice.

I understand people may have to work in shifts, and some still need training, but I had to check so many times and make same communication over and over again through the same whatsapp account given from owner. One was in confirming the location and was once given the wrong map caused extra time and concern, was not relaxed until I arrived. Also check out time and the key returned photo etc had to be through whatsapp even though during the day I felt it was a bit too much.
