The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We went during winter and they were incredibly warm. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and help you with anything you might need. 10/10 - would definitely recommend!

This place it’s one of the most beautiful I stayed in Budapest so far, the room looked absolutely amazing including the lightening, mirrors on the side a kitchen area with everything you needed, bathroom with a nice big mirror as well and it’s had iron and a hair dryer absolutely beautiful and spotless!! This apartments are close to everything you need, it’s very easy to go around! Absolutely love it, will I come back? Definitely!! Also the communication it’s key! For the self in check in, check out I got so very clear and good instructions! Thank you very much, loved it!!

Position was excellent, right I’m front of bus stop from airport and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Well cleaned.

The Host Eyal was super helpful. He gave us recommendations and also organised a taxi back to airport for us. The location was perfect, so central! And the rooms were cosey.

The entrance door didn't look nice. It was a bit off putting. The hallway was dark and a little run down. It was lovely inside once you got past that. I think its just good for people who are booking to know so they dont get freaked out. We thought it would be a hotel but it was more like apartments, which was fine, just not what we were expecting from the pictures.

It was how it looked in the photos. Very clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable.

No Tv remote so couldn’t use TV. Kettle didn’t switch off on boiling.Entrance a little deterring.

Very centric location. We didn't need to get the public transportation to go anywhere. The double bed was comfortable and the place quiet so we were able to sleep well. The bathroom was fully renovated and very big which was great cause we were 3 people. Eyal was very quick responding and solving everything he could.

It was very disappointing finding the room totally different than in the pictures. The pictures in Booking do not correspond to the room as it truly is: not that clean, new and beautiful. The entrance door to the room I found it very unsafe. If I were alone, as a woman, I wouldn't have stayed.The building is very very dirty: cigarettes everywhere in the floor, old home appliances, and not well taken care... which gives a very bad impression.The apartment was not cleaned any of the 3 days we stayed although It was requested.This is not a hotel. You dont see anybody. All contact is via whatsapp and they request you to leave to keys in a coded locker in the entrance...

The hotel is located in the center of Budapest.The most important tramline is in front of the building.The bed was something amazing.One of the most comfortable bed, i have ever experienced.

There is no plates or fork or spoon.I ordered food for myself because i arrived pretty late and it was not easy to eat without.It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel.

It was not clean ! It is scary entry, at the night. The pictures are made..it looks like. Elevator is terrible. The guy named Eyal wrote me 100 times before i went there, and when i went with babies, it was snow and winter the AC didnt worked, windows are old and we were freezing. I called him and he dissapeared ! He asked me to refund 20 euro ( imagine ). I paid 100-150 euro to rehab my childrens. I like Budapest, i was there more then 4-5 times, peoples are great, but not this one ! Never ever here !

It was not clean and not like it was described in Booking.com. it was snowing outside and the heating did not work so it was pretty cold. I would not recommend to book there when traveling with kids.

It was a pleasant stay, the room was nice and clean, communication with the host was exalted he provided all the informations that we need needed. The location is great just a few steps to tram and metro station.

The room was not ready when we got there, what was unacceptable! So dirty, and not ready for us, even though the owner knew when we were checking in! He was also cool about it, just i am sending a cleaner. The photos from Booking are not matching the rooms you get. So we lost more than one hour to wait the cleaner. I wanted another clean room right away, but that was not possible.

Location was neat, there was an elevator, TV had multiple channels, it was fairly spacious in the room.

Looked like an unfinished apartment. Missing architrave on the door, old and stained carpet throughout. Noisy street outside.

It’s a Airbnb not hotel so there’s no staff on duty. Corridor is dark and carpet and curtains have obvious stains

The apartment was very central so it was close to a lot of the things we wanted to see and do.The beds were very comfortable and the place was very nice and clean.

I think the only issues we had was the noise pollution and it being slightly cold. You could hear a lot of the noise from the streets below. Maybe the windows are needing replaced as it sounded like they were open with the amount of noise you could hear and as well there was a slight draft but still a great place to stay.

Eyal was a brilliant host with some great recommendations for bars and restaurants. The location is ideal for both walking and public transport. We would 100% stay again.

The location of this place was amazing! 30 second walk to the Astoria metro - made traveling around the city a breeze. The host was very helpful and provided many recommendations and an easy check in experience. The room was cozy, had great wifi, and everything we needed. We loved it!

Because it was so central, it was a little loud at night. But so worth it!

Lovely place to stay! Room very cleaned and like in the pictures, great location in the middle of the city with walking distance to many attractions. Eyal was very kind to send all the recommendations and guide on how to get to the hotel and responding to all my question. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.

Presentation pictures on booking.com are not reflecting the reality. The building halls and stairs to the apartment are in horrible condition (dirty, not clean and for sure not maintained). Inside the room the carpet needs to be cleaned/replaced and the bathroom sink is not small, is almost invisible
