Rubin Wellness & Conference Hotel

The staff was fantastic! Super helpful. Didn't even need to ask. They seemed to anticipate your needs. The bathtub was awesome. And the fitness center and spa were great!!!

The TV was pretty old, and its limited channels selection left a bit to be desired for English speaking guests.

Everything about our stay was great – the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Special thanks and praise go to the older gentleman at the reception desk. He was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, I don’t know his name, but his attitude and service truly made a positive difference during our stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean and staff is nice and helpful. The spa is also great. Breakfast is decent.

The hotel parking is paid when there are plenty of free spaces around the streets, doesn't make sense to ask money for it in that part of city where parking is free and sufficient.

It's not that we didn't like it, but the strange combination of a hotel and offices could have been better thought out and separated.

Room was very nice, clean and tidy and very comfy. There was really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good, also I would say standard for this type of accommodation. Pool and wellness was very nice, we did use saunas, pool and also hot tub. Bus station like 2 minutes from hotel, and Metro station about 15-20 minutes walk. location of the hotel: I would say calm part of Budapest, which was plus for us. Personal at reception desk was nice, and very helpful, all questions answered. I will recommend Rubin Hotel to my friends if they will go to Budapest.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room had a lot of space and it was clean. Also the view from the top floor rooms are really nice, mine looked directly at the hills on the Buda side of the city. The breakfast was also good.

The sound isolation was not that great, I woke up to some noises in the night - probably the elevator and also people walking in front of the room. The AC was not working properly, even though it was a night at the end of April, it was uncomfortably warm and the only way to change the temperature was to wait for the night and open the windows.

Excellent buffet breakfast with good variety. Plenty of seating. Wasn’t very busy.

Polish family came to the breakfast with big dog and tied the dog to the table. Dog was barking. It was disgusting. Poor Wi-Fi in the room.

Room I ve got .., old furniture, huge dog in neighbour room, floor 3+1, 5 min walking from reception… staff learning job, 10min waiting for invoice….

Amnesties and cleanliness was good

Restaurant is not very good, but expensive. The personnel wrongly brought our order. And it was no apologies paid

we are coming back almost every year. staff members were kind. solid breakfast! wellness facilities are good and we enjoyed them a lot.

As we found out the first evening, there was a horrible odor in the bathroom (room 409) - we could not determine if it was a toilet, shower drain, or air conditioning. We did not ask for a room change at the reception, as we were told the hotel was fully booked. Maybe we should complain. And maybe the cleaning lady or staff should find out about it themselves.

The staff was really helpful and nice. Thankful for the receptionist who offered us a packed breakfast because our flight was early. The spa is great and we could enjoy it a lot

There was mold in the shower, no place to put our shampoo/conditioner in the shower and when we used it the whole floor got wet because the door doesn’t close properly

The receptionist when we arrived asked us to pay an extra 150€ due to their own fault that was made by booking.com for 2 extra people that were already placed as guests on our reservation. Another thing is that they would at time make us pay the prices that were current and not ones that were summed on booking.com s site.They also stated that since the prices change on a daily basic we would be paying the current prices, but we made the booking 2 months prior to our stay. At first we figured out that there was a problem with the system, and asked them daily if something was wrong or not but got no response. However, while checking out they asked us to pay the extra - that was their fault at the beggining of the trip. Very unprofessional and not a good look for a hotel that is that well places and on such high demand. Also we asked to talk to the manager several times and were always told that the manager was not able and didn’t have the time to speak to us at any given moment.Definitely would not recommended this hotel, and you should stay away.

The room was spacious, clean, bad very confortable, heating very good. Breakfast very good and staff very helpful.

The TV was just on hungarien, no english programs or suptitles on english so we couldn't watching TV at all and hotel have bowl room but we couldn't use it becouse its not opet all the time you need to ask reception day before that you want to use it so thay can organize it.. no make sense..
