The hotel has an excellent location, very central and close to public transportation, which made getting around Budapest very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.They gave us an update to a privilege room with 3hrs everyday snacks and drinks for free and we didn’t asked. We had a blast time.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything was well organized and met our expectations.

The rooms are clean and modern. I like the style and atmosphere of the hotel rooms and the hotel in it's entirety. Very beautiful.

The rooms are on the smaller side. It didn't necessarily bother me, but I wouldn't think it would be ideal for families.

Great location , across the street from the tram and the airport bus. Great management as they refunded us later.

Confusion about breakfast inclusion with check in. The lobby is loud and it was difficult to understand the receptionist.

Good location, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, after walking all day, visiting all Christmas markets and after freezing on the Danube cruise we slept like babies ?The elevators are very big and the halls too. If we come back to Budapest again we will choose again definitely this hotel

Good location, clean, modern. Bonus points for an upgrade without asking for one, which meant I had privileges like private breakfast rooms and evening snacks.

Variety of breakfast, room cleanlinessz

The cleaner knocked my door one day for room service and I told them to come a bit later. Cleaner gave me a “weird” look for asking that as if I am supposed to keep the room empty. This happened for 3 days back to back. They made me feel like I asked for something inappropriate. If the guest is not checking out, I guess they have all the rights to stay in the room as they already paid for it.Please let me know how are you going to compensate me for this inconvenience.

We loved the lovely atmosphere of the hotel, we reveived free room upgrade and the priviledge breakfast was great. I received gluten free bread too. Location is also perfect for all pourposes.

it was a short stay, nothing bad

We were upgraded to Privileged for free which basically offered a separate breakfast room where one could order their own breakfast and eat on the bridge over the street. The location is great, next to the underground. They also offered to keep my luggage in a safe room after checkout as we had an evening flight. A link with a cab service to the airport was also very convenient.

The room was small but cozy and sufficient.

Nice staff. If booking thru booking. Com you will pay for your breakfast but the upgraded one was worth it.

The staff was really friendly and nice, made an earlier check in without extra charges. Breakfast was good and had many options. The hotel and the room was clean and has very good places to eat and drink nearby.

Bathroom could be a bit bigger. Shower pipe was dripping.Maybe it's just luck, but most hotels I've stayed in let me check in a bit earlier for free. Here we had to wait until 3pm; however, they did have a free luggage room.

Location is great, room was nice (although a long walk from Reception across a bridge of sighs)

Two main problems:One was the carbonara served for dinner - this had obviously been reheated as it was basically scrambled eggs with spaghetti. Pretty much inedible.Second was that someone from the cleaning staff came into our room on the final morning without knocking. Firstly we were leaving that day anyway so they shouldn’t have been cleaning it until we’d gone; secondly it’s a pretty basic hotel rule that you don’t open a guest’s room without knocking first. EVER. When we complained to Reception they told us it was our fault for not putting the Do Not Disturb sign up - which shouldn’t have been necessary on the morning that we were leaving and also doesn’t excuse coming in without knocking.

I had one of the Privilege Rooms, having water and coffee machine in the room. The room was spacious, clean and quiet.I had the entrance to the Breakfast area just in front of my door.

No iron for clothes in the room.Since this is a 4* Hotel, Iron for clothes should be in each room. I asked to provide me one and they refused. I went to a special room to have an iron.I was a bit disappointed by the fact that my mini bar fridge was empty. Maybe was a mistake, but still, a bit odd.

Bathroom little small...

The strengths of the hotel were mainly its position, very easy to get from the airport, and close to the main point of interests of the city. The room was really confortable and noisy-free. Good value for money!

Everything was ok, probably in a superior room bathrobe and slippers would be a plus! The room was small but good for short a staying in budapest.
