Clean, modern, good restaurant inside, close to transportation.

Water coming out of the shower, small wall, sofa bed is not comfortable

This place is disgusting! Dirty and old! Bed is small and uncomfortable ! Horrible overall experience !

The employees were excellent and the breakfast as well.

The mattress needs to be replace and the carpet, at least from the 8th floor.

Very Clean and the staff was incredibly nice even gifting my daughter a stuffed animal and quickly delivering a baby bed

Excellent Hotel; very good price offer

Very good position. Train station is next to. Metro as well. Easy access driving into Budapest. Parking on the spot very comfortable bed.

The hotel location was great, in a quiet area, with the subway nearby (a 5-minute walk). Breakfast was good, but it needed more variety. The Staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms were a bit small for a family, and it would be nice if they offered more variety in the breakfast.

The room is well equipped, the emplyees are very kind, great food in the restaurant, 6 minutes walk to a 24/7 minimarket, very nice bar & gift shop, the place is very clean and looks great

I just wish I had a balcony or a smoking area on my floor so I wouldn't have to go all the way down for smoking

The reception area was really good and so was the retro collection at the bar. Also, the graffiti car at the lobby was a nice touch.

I did not like the fruit juices at breakfast. They were way too sweet

Stuffy in the room, although we kept windows open all the time, hard to get good sleep.Lights kept turning off as if there are movement sensors.The biggest drawback was the lack of free parking which was promised during the booking. When making the booking there was explicitly stated that price includes up to 7 days of parking. After making a payment we were told that parking is paid separately 15 EUR/night (for the outside parking, not the garage). Moreover on the day of check-in the guy on the reception tried to persuade me that the actual price should be 20, but agreed to 15 after I showed messages from the hotel. Booking customer service did absolutely nothing to resolve this situation.

Location for Budapest Deli Train station was perfect for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was quite hot and it was only early April. Staff opened the window, however, that means the curtain needs to be open for air to circulate and the room is very light.

Super-close to Deli station- great when arriving on a late train. Comfy room, nicely designed and fab views. Good breakfast.

The rooms was very dirty. The bathroom smells horrible from air machine.

I liked location.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. They pretended to have our glasses washed while there was still lipstick on them. Room service behaved as if i was bothering them when i called them just once. This stay was very below my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
