The hotel was located in a great part of town, Everything was walking distance. If you didn't want to walk it was very close to the city transportation. It was very clean and the staff was so friendly and answered every question we had

Beautiful hotel. Room is amazing (Junior suite)

Felt like a "self service" hotel. No number provided for reception. No iron in room. Had to go down to reception for wine glasses each time. Take baggage to the lockers for storage (This worked well though). It has a bar, but this was never open.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach many of Budapest’s major sights, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. The room feels both cozy and spacious, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring. A 24/7 gym is available, which is a great bonus, and the breakfast is genuinely excellent. On top of it all, the staff is super helpful and welcoming, adding to an overall great stay.

The hotel is beautiful! Staff are very friendly, our room was wonderful, and it was easy to walk or use public transport from the hotel to get anywhere. There are some really nice cafes close to the hotel as well.

We are a couple, the bed was split and the blankets were suitable for a single person and not a double blanket, so it was less comfortable and suitable, we didn't sleep as well as we wanted

The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was helpful. The bar is charming and the server Patricia, was very nice to us, we came back twice to visit as we were very welcomed.

The room needs a proper closet to hang your coat and more drawers for your clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase. There's not enough room to put your toiletries and shower things. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, and the location is great, and the staff is very nice.

A great hotel. In a great location for all the main sites in the city. The hotel itself was a beautifully refurbished building and had a real quality feel. The staff were friendly helpful and engaging. Breakfast was superb.

I liked the location; close to metro and tram stops. There is a Starbucks nearby and a grocery 3 blocks away. The room was comfortable with nice sheets, black out blinds, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom drained well and the room was clean. You can also get filtered water from the ground floor restaurant. Great looking lobby.

It's carpeted and the duvets were single sized. You can definitely hear your neighbor's doors close and the morning cleanup starts at 9am so you can't sleep in.

We have stayed in many hotels over the years all over Europe and America. This is one of the best. The hotel is located at Oktogon, a beautiful upper class part of Budapest and a brilliant location, every main attraction is within a 20 minute walk, or there are plenty of buses/trams and the metro outside the hotel. From the moment you arrive gazing at the grand architecture you are met with a lovely scent that can only be described as summer! (This is a secret combination of scents created for the hotel!). The reception area is grandeur at its finest as the hotel was built as a palace by two Hungarian families. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful for both hotel information and local attractions/restaurants. The rooms are individually coloured, green/blue/red that is accented by the fittings. Very comfortable bed, double windows and blackout blinds. The hotel can supply most forgotten items and are always happy to help. The most recommended hotel we've had the pleasure to stay at in one of the most beautiful cities!

During our stay, we found the hotel fell far short of expectations for a 4-star rating. The room lacked essential amenities, with only the bare minimum provided—no bathrobe, no slippers, and very limited supplies. The bath towels were thin and uncomfortable, while the bed was far from restful. There was no body wash, just shampoo, which meant we had to purchase basic toiletries ourselves. Additionally, the so-called "free coffee" was available only between noon and 5pm, an inconvenient time when most guests are out sightseeing. Overall, it felt more like a 2-star experience rather th
