Check in experience was not good.

Location and room.

The breakfast was GREAT, but if you’re staying more than one night you will eat the same thing every day. Since I stayed 5 nights, I had 5 breakfasts on repeat. It would have been nice a bit of diversity.

Spacious room, kitchenette facilities, location

Furniture cheap, a run down chair, lack of room service, door of room appeared not securely locked (still there were cameras), not sound proof room

Classy comfortable room with a nice kitchenette. Attentive staff. Great location for Pest sites and airport shuttle. Great breakfast too!

There are some squeaky doors in the hallway...

Convenience, easy access, cleanliness.

The apartment is perfectly located in the city center, just a short walk from all the main sights and attractions.It’s very well equipped and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay.The online self check-in process is simple, and the instructions for entering the apartment are clear and easy to follow.The staff are friendly and responsive.If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend choosing an apartment with a window facing the inner courtyard — it’s much quieter than the street side.

Breakfasts are simple, mostly with rolls, sausage, and cheese. It would be nice to have some yogurt or eggs, and fresher vegetables.The shower cabin could use some maintenance, as a bit of water tends to leak onto the floor.Also, the kitchen tap is slightly loose and could be fixed for more comfort.

Only the location despite the exterior traffic noise,

It's a very noisy area,major traffic, sirens and very late night party animals on the street, can hear all inside through closed windows, walls even on 2nd floor, lack of staff, dysfunctional lift, and lunch box size breakfast, same thing 3× ,it's very disappointing it was the worst offering I've ever had, there was no place to put your stuff especially in the bathroom, poorly designed, it wouldn't fit for 2 people. Terrible!!

The property is located in a great location in the center of Budapest. It is walking distance from all the major sites. The host was great in communicating. Access to the apartment was easy with online checkin available. The apartment was very clean. The apartment had a small kitchen that was very well stocked. Breakfast was delicious. It was delivered to the hallway every morning by 8 o’clock.The apartment is a very good value since it includes breakfast as well.

The room set up is a little difficult since the bed is on a platform. Going from the left side of the bed to the bathroom requires stepping down three steps, which can be difficult in the middle of the night. The window can open for fresh air, but it is noisy outside. Also, the view of the window is covered by a large Samsung banner .

Cleanliness, staff and location is exceptional. Shades are great

Smell from sewage of the shower is bad. A bit noisy corridor in the morning when the breakfast is being prepared and constant noise from the ceiling, although we could get good sleep regardless..

There's attention to small details — coffee capsules & machine, tea, salt and pepper, and even sugar cubes. Soap and shampoo are also provided.A small table and a cute breakfast box are prepared for each guest in the morning, including orange juice, cheeses, breads, jam, and cold cuts — adding a personal touch.

In my specific room, there was a slight sewage smell — it wasn’t clear whether it came from under the sink or elsewhere in the plumbing, but it was noticeable for several hours. In the morning, there’s some noise from the staff, likely preparing breakfast or cleaning, and occasional light noise from outside, but nothing that particularly bothered me as I stayed for 1 night only. Thanks for the stay!

a thing to consider for guests with lower mobility, the apartment we were in had a very low bed which could be hard to get into/out of - it wasn’t a problem at all for us and we found it super comfortable but something to keep in mind!

Location was perfect. Owner left me bottle of wine.

Perfect location, nice and clean apartment. Coffee and tea was available.

There was no cream for the coffee and the shower cabin needs a door to prevent the bathroom soaked.

Clean, nice decoration, good facilities, central location, responsive to questions.

Not immediately clear I had to go to the second floor upon arrival. The curtains don't block daylight.

Everything was great. The room was close to the center and clean. The hostess was very helpful with everything we needed and there was direct communication with her. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself is very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed.Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

The only downside was that the window was covered by a large commercial banner, which unfortunately blocked most of the beautiful view. It didn’t affect the overall comfort, but it was a bit disappointing given the otherwise great setting.

Everything was perfect!Panka did her best to welcome us, she also offered us a bottle of champagne for my husbands birthday.She also provides for all the guests towels and flip flops if you wish to visit the thermal spa of the city.Coffee and tea are provided!The appartment was at the best location.Just a few minutes walk, and you are facing the Danube, the Basilica, the opera etc.The deak square with the big weel is just facing the appartment.Budapest is a fascinating city!

Only thing that I could say, is that if you are a light sleeper, just ask for a room facing the back yard and not the Deak square.The road in front of the appartments is a busy one, and sirenes of fire truck, and ambulances operates all night and sometimes is impossible to get a full night sleep!
