Four Points by Sheraton Budapest Danube

Quiet location with a great view. Hotel staff was attentive and had no issue fulfilling our request of a room location change for a better view.

Perfect location to travel to my other activities in BP, free parking in front of the hotel during the weekend and not very crowded breakfast at 9.30.

Price can always be lower

The hotel was clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room had everything we needed and was really comfortable.

The only disadvantage is the location, it’s a bit too far from the main tram and subway stations.

Bed was so comfortable and place was clean and stylish.

It was expensive, especially considering its location.

No related to the hotel but the taxi they got us dropped off us at a wrong Port of our Danube cruise With luggage and our age it was painful

Clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff. You are out of the core of the downtown but it's an easy and very safe walk down a nice street following the river. Lots of shops and small bars along the way.

first 3 days without heating in the room, (4 star hotel) they discounted my breakfast for this... ?.. then they have underground car parks with traps, if you get the wrong place they send security straight away and make you pay heavy fines, the signs are unclear, all to deceive the customer, so they then pay the fine, Hungary lives on fines, I remember 4 star hotels..

Its a little far from center.

It's a brand new hotel that just opened a little over a year ago in a new mixed development building (condominium, hotel and some businesses). The location is nice, on the quiet side of district 13, but still close enough to the main tourist attractions. You can reach the Parliament by bus plus tram in 15 minutes or on foot in 30 minutes. Walking takes you along the Danube river, which is nice.There are some cafes within 10-15 minutes walking distance for breakfast if you feel like the hotel's 26EUR breakfast is too expensive.The bed was very comfortable.

The smart TV kept turning on on its own after we checked in, it was creepy but the staff quickly fixed it. The battery in the safe was dead and I asked them to times to fix it, still took them over a day.

Breakfast was good, maybe a bit pricey. Variety of gym equipment that was working well.

Our last night we had noisy neighbours.

I liked the design of the room, it is really nice! I have also liked reception staff, two gentlemans that have welcomed me were very helpful and this + design is the only reason why I did not gave lower grades.

I didnt like the cleanliness of the room. It is very unfortunate that there is such a nice design of the hotel and is not properly cleaned. I complained about that and receptionist changed the room. But then the weirdest situation happened, when I was in my new room, cleaning lady entered my room WITHOUT knocking, with the spare key. For the situation to be more bizzare, I asked her - is there some problem. But she was starring at me and then called someone and only after 1/2 minutes she left. I think probably cleaning staff and this lady are the main reason for having such bad review. This invasion of privacy I have never witnessed in the 4 star hotel.

Overall nice hotel with good breakfast and confortable room. We got room with river view, although paid regular.

A bit noisy whenever someone is using bathroom in rooms around ours.

The breakfast wasn't bad. Not alot of choices but the staff were very accommodating. The Hotel was awesome. The dinner we had was really good and the roof top bar was beautiful.

More choices for protein at breakfast. More gluten free and egg free options.

Great location, 5 mins to a metro station, clean and warm hotel, good room size

Expensive parking price, no free parking unless from 10pm-8am in front of the entrance.the room service is below the expected ( if you ask any thing like a bottle of water,especially in night time, they will ask you to come down to reception to serve yourself)!!!
