Unfortunately, there is nothing charming to say about this place. It¿s a dump.

The hotel is totally dated and needs refurbishment. The original room was a tiny box that was musty and smelly. No elevator to some rooms After my complaint, I got a well-sized room, that was dated. No stall shower I had to shower in the bathtub (yuk!)

The staff is excelente.

The room doesn't haver phone. The bed is uncomfortable.

Excellent facilities, very clean

They didn¿t have air conditioning. I had to carry my bags up multiple stairs.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was spotless throughout. Plenty of storage. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bath tub, as well as a wash machine. Beds were super comfy. Location is spot on for exploring on foot, right in the center, but quiet at night to recharge. What made my stay unforgettable was the staff in the breakfast restaurant. Once I have asked a female staff for a margarine instead of a butter, she made me a plate with alternatives to meet my dietary requirements. These included cheese, yoghurt, a snack bar, houmous. On top, this plate was ready for me for the following 3 breakfasts. That to me is a gold! And I felt truly well looked after. For those who have dietary requirements, you will be safe here! Thank you. I can't wait to come back with my family.

Location. Staff on reception and in a restaurant.

Spa, especially the girl on the entrance. She was pretending dead when we arrived even we were in bathrobes, we didn't know that she is working as SPA reception as it looks like bar for gym. We came back to ask where is the entrance thinking that we will get towels in the SPA. When we entered the lifeguard told us that we can get them on the reception. We passed in front of her going to the mail reception where we got bathrobes where they told us that there is SPA reception. We came back to that girl who was watching us as she see ghosts. When we asked for towels she give us one big and one small, they do not have enough towels. In a SPA it is too crowded, one finnish sauna, one steam sauna, doors opening in one minute.Bed was big and comfortable but ruined.Everything seems ready for renovations.

Great breakfast (you can ask for a espresso or cappuccino coffee), great location.

No elivator to the floor where our room was. Aircondition was operation on heat only. Facilties of the bathroom were not comfortable

They put in a room after 5 floors moving up by elevator on 3rd floor without elevator in different building. There was no information about it when I reserve the room. The receptionist guided us to wrong place when we arrived first.

The location was central to nearly everywhere i needed to go, and public transportation stations and stops were no more than a ten minute walk away.

I wish they had had a smart television so I could have connected my phone entertainment apps to the television for better viewing.

The hotel room itself gives an impression of a 2 rooms apartment, bedroom + living room. Living room area was combined with a small kitchen with different kinds of appliances (kettle, coffeemachine, toaster, etc.). Everything looked nice and clean.Breakfast buffet was quite standard, not big, not small.Also we had access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I guess gym was also included but we didn't tried it out.

Hotel was in good location. Fairly clean . The room was very good. Decent breakfast. Staff were brilliant. Only let down they had no people to do the massages. The reason I booked it was for a day to relax and have a massage. Otherwise nice hotel.

The room was great, loads of space and really clean.Gym/pool/sauna were located by reception and were a real bonus It's in a great location and the staff were brilliant, really helpful. The cleaners were out in force each day and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast was open until 11 which was so helpful, so you can have a swim/gym and still have time for a late breakfast so a great bonus and it was never crowded. That said we went in early June, but over a weekend and never got down there until just after 10, so it may be busier at other times. Lots of restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walking. It's on a quiet road so we had no noise disruption all night, yet you're only minutes away from the restaurants and cafes. Great location to explore the city and really good value for money.

The only issue we had was that we couldn't get wifi in the room and don't expect loads of overseas english/american channels on the tv.

Free access to the gym, great location which allowed us reach all city’s main points and restaurants. Complete and flexible breakfast (fresh fried eggs, fruits, espresso, capucino). The second room has a good shower.There is a room to store luggages before the check in and after the checkout.The room has an amazing view of the city.

The staff was not very friendly. We felt a very bad Smell of sewage in our room (5th floor of the second building), we have reached the reception to solve this issue and they just send a security employee to check and he just told us that we must to wait for the next day without explaining the reason behind it or even try to apply a practical solution like move we to other room. We didn’t understand why a security man to solve this kind of problem, it felt like they wanted to coerce us to accept the bad smell until the end of our stay. This room was a free upgrade they gave us here on the booking platform and now we understood the root cause. There was a need for us reaching Booking to request a solution, after Booking send them an email they moved us to a new room whose smell was not a problem.

Our stay at Bliss Hotel & Spa Budapest was generally pleasant, but with a few mixed impressions. The location is definitely a highlight — close to public transport and within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions.The room was clean and had the basics covered, though the furnishings felt a bit dated. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was appreciated. Staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good.Overall, it’s a *decent option* if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a central location. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience.

The room was to hot and had to open the windows to refresh it. The view from the window was not very pleasant.On my reservation I also had access to the SPA, but when I checked-in I was told that the SPA was not included.
