The Amberlyn Suite Hotel

It had the number of beds it said it would have.

The microwave didn't work and after a long back and forth with the staff, they acknowledged it didn't work but said some things are out of their control and did not offer to make it right. The rug in the room was dirty. The TV did not work properly.

Very nice rooms

Muy cmodo. Buena atencin y el desayuno el mejor

Great Stay! I love the set up of the Appartment. The kitchen is very comfortable including a dishwasher. We are a family of 4 and were super comfortable in the suite with one bedroom and one sofa bed. This hotel also has a parking garage which was very convenient. Also Easy access to tram, metro, and bus to get to all the sites.

Location, look and size of the apartment

Complicated to reaerve a parking spot. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast is little to pricey

Staff was polite and room was kept clean with towel, amenities and coffee pods replaced every day. Location is great, near the main street and close to a lot for restaurants and fast food chains. On-site parking (garage) is quite convenient and relatively inexpensive compared to other offerings in the city. There was a lot of storage space which is greatly appretiated.

Our biggest issue was a terrible sound isolation. We were constantly annoyed by a running and walking from neighboring apartments, which really disturbed our sleep. Apartment is scarlessly decorated and feels very empty and light is very sterile and lacks warmth. There is a bad smell coming from shower drain, but it goes away once you take a shower. We asked for an extra bed which they told us will be provided, but was not.

I liked the the fact that the room was so clean and comfortable and they have a lot of very good options for the breakfast. You can even make your own fresh juice out of fruits and veggies.

It took us some time to figure out how to lock and unlock the door of the room. It would have been better to have someone explain it to us.

Location is wonderful

Only one lift, there should be a service lift for staff, you can not use lift after 10:00 AM after they start cleaning as they use same lift

Excellent and spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Location is close to 2 Metro stations. Staff is very helpful and smiley. Would definitely return!

I would recommend adding some hangers for clothes/towels in the bathroom.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay in! The hotel was very close to the metro which made traveling around easy. The staff themselves were very nice and attentive. Served good breakfast and provided a welcoming drink for those that are staying. You also get cooking items in the room, such as a microwave, oven, a stove with cooking pots, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a disjwasher. Rooms are fully equipped for everyone!

In the bathroom, water leaks out the door while showering. It is easily fixed by placing a towel on the floor, but sometimes it leaks so much that the towel ends up fully soaked. Other than that, everything else was wonderful!

They have great consideration for kids And they are kids friendly

Every thing was great, the staff was friendly and addressed all our needs

Clean, new, spacious, friendly and warmth

Nothing really

Everything was as I expected. The location is in a quiet area, parking is available .

Some bathroom furniture wasn’t in good shape.

Amazing apartment. very convinient facilities including fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The beds are very comfortable and the stuff was very welcoming. Didn't get breakfast, as it was quite expensive.

Breakfast wasn't included.

It was very clean the first two days, the breakfast was reaaally good. Great lattes as well. The staff was very friendly.

The last two days the cleaning decreased, we noticed it was not as well done as on the first days. Same for the breakfast and the staff was not friendly.

Very clean and neat with a pleasant atmosphere and very helpful staff.

Everything was great and the experience in general was satisfying.

Great location, very friendly staff and very clean

Large and modern room, welcoming stuff, nice breakfast. Pretty close to public tradport

Location is a bit off the center but you can use the public transport pretty easily. Plus, I would expect that in this price range the breakfast would be included.

The room was excellent and very comfortable - good value for money ,24 hour reception desk , no excellent staff , close to train / tram station

Clean, spacious, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great TV and bathroom. Staff helpful and friendly.
