The kitchen fan did not work while cooking, and the knifes were dull. Very minor things, and i mentioned them upon check out.

Although it took us some time to figure out the washer and dryer [should have instructions in english readily available, we had to ask the front desk for help], it was helpful for our trip.

Breakfast was not that good at all.

Overall excellent choice, we stayed in two bedroom appartment. Comfy beds, super clean, modern design, equipped kitchen. Great location. Above all - exceptional guest service from reception to housekeeping, everybody very nice and helpful.

The apartment was big and furnished.

There was construction work going on in the next room.

The staff was helpful, we made the reservation late in the day, the apartment was prepared for us almost instantly.They also upgraded our apartment to a larger one for free, because it was available.The place was nice and clean and it's well positioned in the city.

The breakfast seems a bit pricey and nothing out of the ordinary.

I think the value was perfect, for a very decent price we had items like iron and washing machine and a good enough space for 4 people

I think the breakfast can get much better, there aren't exactly a lot of choices and one of the problems to be honest was that among all those tea bags there wasn't a simple black earl grey tea?but all in all it wasn't bad

Buliding has only one elevator, was sometimes an issue being on the 7th floor. Kitchen, bathrooms were OK but a but dated.

Breakfast was very basic, just like any other hotels. The bed was so uncomfortable, that it almost felt like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were the worst, they were half my head big. Also, it was not possible to turn the couch into a bed. The location was alright, although i heard some screams from the outside sometimes while going to bed. The shower was almost the only thing that was good.

I dont think he likes his job.

Convenient location. About 10 minites from Corvin-Negyed metro. Around the corner is a shopping mall and plenty of eating places. Staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. Room was larger thanì usual.

The room 403 was lovely, clean and big, everything you needed in there. It's a bit out of the centre other than that, no problem.

Breakfast, you need a bigger toaste. The toaster you can only get 2 pieces of bread in, and it takes ages. A much bigger toaster us needed to company all the people in a morning

The location is perfect. A little away from the city centre, but very calm and accessible by public transport. Metro M3 and tram 4-6 are just a short walk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Love to have the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room.

The beds are pretty firm. Someone may prefer it, but others may not find it too comfortable. The table top glasses definitely needed to be glued down as it is very prone to slip and potentially dangerous.

A great location, as there were restaurants and stores nearby. It was also a reasonably easy walk to the metro and a mall. There was also a fairly good breakfast.

The bedroom could do with black out curtains as I hate to moan about the sunshine but at 5.am in the morning woke me up

The 6 was clean and well equiped - capsule coffee machine, fridge, electric kettle and other stuff normally present in a common apartment. The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The receptionist was nice. About 5 minutes walk to the closest metro station with stops at Nyugati station and Deak Ferenc Ter (city center).

A large and bright room with all necessary household appliances, just like in an apartment. The room was cleaned every day. The place is conveniently located near the subway, and around the corner there is a shopping center and many different restaurants. Very quiet and pleasant area.

Small thing, but there wasn’t enough sockets next to the bed.
