Le Rose Suites & Park Hotel

It was conveniently located for the next leg of my trip and it was very quiet.

I was too tired to check the room, before going to bed. So I only realised that strong reflectors light up the patio too late, which in turn light up the room - all through the night. And heating was only through a very loud air conditioning unit.

Nice hotel, good location for me. Room was ok, plenty of parking for car.

Shower was cold for two days and TV did not work. A little expensive to take dog to this hotel.

Very safe location, very friendly English speaking staff, overall was clean and all the important stuff was there (water kettle, fridge, air conditioner, television, good comfy bed).

Not very well maintained or cleaned. The bathroom looked like nobody cared about the shower or the sink or the soap dispenser. The sower head and the hose attached sprayed water in all directions, the sink drain looked dirty. The pillows were stained, they should be washed regularly (in a hotel they should be washed every week in my opinion). A little bit of renovation and all should be perfect. Please instruct your cleaning personnel to report all possible problems, this will improve greatly your image .

Everything was perfect. Personal is friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, room had air conditioning, big balcony.

The only thing I appriciated was the location - that was the reason I choosed this one.

Well, where should I start. After my arrival, they accommodated me to the worst hotel room I have ever seen. There was even the toilet paper missing. It did not correspond with pictures at all. After telling them, they told there is a Coldplay concert on these days so that is the reason they do not have a single free room. The second room, they gave me the next day was slightly better but the ac was not working and it was about 33 degrees during day, so I woke up all in sweat. After they changed my room, there was not a single word of apology or will to help me with my luggage - there were 3 persons on the reception watching me returning to my car for the stuff. As a cherry on top, last day of the stay I woke up with around 20 bites on each of my legs and seen a rodent company car on the parking lot. NEVER MORE! If you can, please stay away from this hotel!

The location is good if you're going to stay for one night. Working 24/7, you can come at late night. Parking places are near the hotel.

Everything in the room needs to be changed and refreshed. Bad noice isolation. The refrigerator is better not to turn on or you would have a bad sleep.Fake flowers and old decorations are everywhere:(

Location was superb, almost next to Rackevel -Duna river where i was doing bird watching. I was able to hear many species but because of lush vegetation i could not spot so many. Easy access to Knorr factory.

Breakfast was way too expensive for what they got to offer.

Very comfortable beds and rooms, very clean, location is quiet and nice, friendly stuff.

Great place to stay with outstanding, very helpful staff. Quiet location, with parking. Nice food and beer. Pet friendly.

Enough space

1. No phone in the room, every time we need something in the room we have to go downstairs to ask. Very inconvenient and annoying. 2. My mum was in the middle of shower, suddenly, no hot water anymore. When I asked the reception first time, after several minutes I have been told that the issue has been solved, but there is still no hot water after double check. I have to go down to ask again, this time they told me the hot water tank is empty and now they have to refill it again and then heat it which takes time and they don’t know how long it takes. So, apparently they lied to me at first. Then, they were saying or even complaining that we are the one room which uses that water tank and indicated we used to quick hot water. but the funny thing is, that was the first time since we came here to use the shower. I was question ing them why don’t you prepare enough water before our arrival, i assume that the water tank has been partially used during last guest, now we used the leftover. Anyway, they offered another solution at the end that my mum has to go outside (2 Degree) in wet and then go to another smaller room to clean the rest, because she couldn’t wait with all foam. I am very unsatisfied with their excuse and attitude.

The room was comfortable enough for a one night stay, but I would not stay there for a longer period.

The room was basic and quite small. One of the blinds didn't work, and too many stairs to go up with luggage. Having the French name 'Le Rose', I was expecting something a bit more refined.

Staff, nice, polite and hard working people.

Excellent location for families. Nice and flexible apartment options and option of a nice breakfast.

It's was a well run very friendly family hotel.It was clean and the staff and owners very welcoming.Breakfast also had a large range of choices.

We had some difficulty getting to the city centre because it was a long way out and over the weekend there was a rail replacement service with no information in English about where to find the bus, causing us long delays and much stress. But that wasn't the hotel's fault, just an issue of location!

The location of the hotel was good for my purposes, but certainly not suited for someone who wants to visit Budapest. The staff was great and the little bar in the hall very enjoyable. It had no restaurant but you can order food from outside. It takes ages, though. Very affordable!

The place is in the middle of nowhere, but has a good net of public transport nearby, with witch you can reach the center of the city, supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The room was somehow tiny and a sofa would be welcome. On the other hand, there was no space for it…

The service at the reception and the breakfast.

The shower didn't work properly and made too much noise.The room was not well isolated, we could hear the shower from the room next to us. We were not able to rest because of this.One of the towels was dirty and the coffee table from our room was made from glass. This could be very dangerous if you don't pay attention.

Ester the owner is very pleasant and helpful in what ever is needed and really makes the stay worthwhile. She is attentive to details and always around for assistance or advice.Thank you.

The location is remote in case you don't have a car.
