Location, breakfast options, wonderful staff

The placement of TV. We had a room with balcony, which was really nice. The TV is in the middle of the room. So awkward, makes the room smaller. I bumped into the TV/cabinet twice. Poor layout just because of the TV placement.

Polite staff, english speaking, hotel is clean.

Locattion was perfect, the hotel is very cozy and staff, once you get in conversation with them very friendly and helpful. Especially a great thank you Bartender at the Bar, Gabor (I am so sorry not to remeber his name correctly adn apology if I am totally off) though he went extra mile to organize a local dinner for us as a family and took care of every sigle detail.Thank you so much, I am looking forward to my next visit.

Is more of a sugestion, I typycally put a non disturb sign when I am for few days. While I do understand and apreciate that the team wanted to make sure I am informed that I have choosen for the room not to be cleaned, though the TV going on full loud voice at 4PM while we were resting was incovinient (even because we were so tired walking trying to grasp all the beauty of the city and festives).

Breakfast cost is too high with less options. Disappointed with their service. Not even keeping the water in the room.

Giving the room options without breakfast. They are charging a lot at the hotel for less options. Other hotels giving lot more options with breakfast less than what I paid.

So many of self services. For example changing mattress cover, you will do it by yourself. Your luggages, you need to go to lobby and return back to your room to carry them.

Car parking option 20 EUR/night is way overpriced.

The room was very hot and the heating/air con wasn't working

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff at the front desk were helpful and made a great dinner recommendation. The bartenders made good drinks and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location - walking distance between 2-10 mins to supermarkets, restaurants, metro, tram. Rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. AC works well

It is the worst hotel from chain Merriot. Room need full professional cleaning starting from floor straight up to the sealing. Whole carpet was really dirty. There were a lot of mold(black lines beetween flooring) Inside bathroom on the floor and walls. Half towestls were almost yellow colour. No shower caps. No bathrobe in the room. Heater didn't work properly and was a bit cold inside. Reception denied to change my room, said that they are fully booked. Cleaning lady knocked 2 times when I had DND sign outside the door.
