The front desk staff were delightful and welcoming.

Yes, I left an expensive Oral teeth cleaner in my room and no one has contacted me to report it and offer to ship it to my home. I spent 4 nights at this fine hotel and feel I deserve this courtesy. Thank you, Jeff

The location is decent however expected a 4 star hotel. But its a 3.5 star because of the outdated carpet throughout and room furnishings. The breakfast however is exceptional. The staff is also very attentive and help full.

8 min walk to metro

The hotel was near center, and all was very good, but you need to install a shoehorn on the rom. It was difficult to take our shoes on.

The hotel is very well situated in the centre close to public transportation and sights. There are bars nearby and plenty of places to eat. I would definitely go back again.

I adored this place. It was so comfortable, staff were friendly & the spa & rooftop bar were wonderful.

swimming pool water bit cold as a spa pool, but for me it was good less peuple swim.

The room is small. The huge poster on the wall overwhelming. No reading lamps on the night tables. Not a cozy room!

The towels are very old, some of them were torn. If they will change the towels to a new , the hotel will be perfect for the price

Nothing! Horrendous experience

No breakfast as it states, waited for an hr and a half for a shuttle that never came. The place is scary and extremely dirty, staff is very rude. Worst hotel ever!

Shower curtain was missing from room

Small bathroom and especialy the shower. You have to watch that you don't touch the water control when you turn! The breakfast wasn't great but plenty of cheaper & tastier restaurants are in the near area.
