Crowne Plaza Budapest By IHG

the attention to detail in the room amenities

wifi was a little slow. The toilet paper holder is not very good and easy for the roll to fall out. The passcode login for the wifi was incompatible with my firestick

Love the spacious room at such cheap price. And the breakfast was amazing!

The thin wall that I can the neighbors. And the bed was not balance, we felt the left side of the bed frame was sinking.

Cleanliness was very good. Everything looked new.

Some noise from train station early in the morning in the room I had.

Nice bright, spacious room and large, modern bathroom. Convenient garage parking for lower cost than other hotel garages in the city.

Hotels on the river offer a more scenic location for tourists than this hotel.

Location

Poor room No complimentary breakfast despite room info saying 4 th floor rooms have access to executive lounge No bathrobes or slippers No pool Overpriced 3 star hotel

size of room

the reception(checkin-out) staff is not friendly. and location is very far from spot.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The Hilton Honors happy and breakfast was so convenient and yummy.

Our view was not wonderful.

The location was good for walking, train and access to the mall.

The room was not clean. The shower had mold in the grout. They attempted to reuse bath towels that we used and put on the floor under the sink. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and had difficultly communicating in English. Definitely only a 3 star

Staff was very nice. Great breakfast selection.

Thought the location was good. Room was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Only stayed the one night waiting for other accommodation to become available. Wish we had stayed here the whole time.

The cleaning room

The room is not suitable for, with out any view,it is look like a store

Kind staff, amazing breakfast, good central location (although like any major European city, you may not find around the main train station a very lovely area...) and the attached shopping center was a big plus, big and super clean room.

The beds were too soft for us (due to back issues, we're used to harder mattresses).

Great staff- comfortable room - good location

Good location, but You still need car to get to landmarks and sightseeing places.

I liked about the property the cleanliness,Location by the main train station and being within a mall, customer service of all departments and the wonderful lounge

This is an excellent 5 star hotel Add a pool

Not suitable for those with dust allergies Very thick carpets that are difficult to clean the dust from. I had an allergy attack and I am still suffering a lot. It is better to remove the old carpet in several rooms and replace it with parquet.

Very good breakfast, clean room, polite and friendly staff, great location.

Excellent location Wonderful breakfast Super cleanAmazing staff

Clean, great staff, location and the breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS!

Some of the guests staying there complained about kids playing in the landing. I don’t think many kids stay here we saw 1 in our entire trip.

Central location on pest side of Budapest. 20 mins drive to historical landmarks and tourist sites. Member lounge has great snacks and drinks collection if you are staying at the top floor. Also, there’s an entry to the adjacent mall from within the hotel which is super convenient for shopping.

Great location right next to the Westend mall and M3 metro. The staff is very nice and helping. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Thank you!
