Polite people, clean place and very nice people working for the hotel.

Nothing special.

Great location. Walking distance to everything but also close to metro and hop on hop off stop.Small rooms but very well appointed. Shower was best we have had on our trip and the breakfast was amazing.

No real complaints. Unable to get the room cool for sleeping. Air conditioning must not work after a certain date in the fall. We shared(only waist high glass partition) a balcony with the room next door and didn’t like to keep balcony door open all night. This was our last stop on a Central Europe tour and all our stays were like this. So, not a specific hotel complaint. A garden side room would have been better as the windows didn’t have a balcony.

Great hotel, centrally located and great for exploring the city on foot. staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a tad on the small size, but nicely furnished, great bathroom, Nespresso machine in room plus complimentary water. Also complimentary coffee and water station in the lobby. We would choose this hotel again. Great value!

Very clean and cozy rooms. Great bed very big and comfortable

The pillows were really bad and uncomfortable. Room was a bit small. And they tried to charge us for a leak in the shower that was not our fault but they let us go after I was arguing with them about it

the breakfast was quite plentiful with a lot of choice, which I was pleasantly surprised by, remembering continental breakfasts in other countries.great location, quiet place despite being close to busy tourist spots. coffee machine and soda and water dispenser in the lobbyI would be happy to recommend this hotel

in the rooms facing the inner courtyard the view from the window is not impressive, however it did not bother me.also late in the evening you should close the window, otherwise you can hear the loud voices of the guests sitting until midnight in the inner courtyard

The hotel smells so good including the bedsheets. Location walking distance to christmas markets and Danube evening cruise. The breakfast is excellent. Best among the hotels we stayed in for this vacation.

Room is small.

The hotel was in the central city and easy to walk to everything. Because it's not on the river, it is less expensive than other city hotels. The hotel is very modern with an outstanding breakfast buffet. The room was small but we were only there for one night and it was fine for that. The bathroom is very well done and large by European standards.

We could have used a little more room for luggage in the bedroom.

Nothing, very disappointing hotel.

Booked a room with a balcony and got a room with non accessible balcony, you need to climb to it.The balcony is useless as it opens without any cover, on rainy days.The room I got is with 'city view', meaning the entire city viewing my room.Of course the reception manager required me to pay for an upgrade in order to get what I already paid for.The dining room entrance is not managed by the staff, so during peak hours at breakfast for example you will need to chase for a free table and wait on top of dining guests till they finish their breakfast.Rooms are super small.

The property is on a good location. The room was good. The breakfast was rxcellant. The staff was friendly and professional.

Pretty small room for the superior room

The location was perfect for walking around the city or jumping on the tram. Bus to the airport is right down the street. Close to everything but on a quiet street. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The room was comfortable.

The pillows were not the best but I’m picky about pillows.
